It's not just random people, they themselves said in the It's Live introduction It's a Country/Pop song. I think the electric guitar riffs gave it more country rock vibe.
The choreo for this song is so damn cool. They performed Run for Roses on It's Live as well, if you want to check out a version of the song with more emphasis on the vocals. Young K, one of the lyricists for RfR and a member of Day 6, actually sings it alongside NMIXX so it's quite unique in that respect.

Unfortunately Baila and Superhero versions of O.O are not in the new Album. Hopefully if there is a "collection" mid summer filler album in the future, those 2 will be in it and some covers. Hey Mama is fire but it may be too expensive to get the rights for a record version of it.
