Thanks for the update-Your plants are getting big! Kind of making me double think some of the Nepenthes I got as seedlings a few years ago… rajah and attenboroughii hybrids were probably not smart choices for my indoor setup 🙃
Nice update! Recently moved house, and have a lot more space for plants. For all my medium to bigger sized plants, I give them 1 tray per plant, so I'm sure the plant has all the space it needs, and I won't get clutter. This prevents me from overbuying plants as well.
Woo! I've been excited for another video from you! 🎉 Happy July! My Nepenthes gaya is super happy on my windowsill it's pitchering, and I haven't lost a pitcher! Thank you for all your help!
Oh yes, one of the sed-grow N. {[(lowii x veitchii) x boschiana] x (northiana x maxima)}. I'll try to cross is with a veitchii to improve the peristome even more haha
You really hate those highlanders don't you xD. Rajah is great it just needs to get a bit bigger. I keep mine on windowsill not much to complain. Also you should give your lowii more time now that u say it recovered, it's not that small unlike others.
Hi remy! Love seeing the updates on all your plants and see your collection grow. Im curious if you still use the same growlights as before for your grow tent and if you would recommend them. I just got a grow tent and was trying to find an affordable lighting option. 😊
Hey Joseph 👋 Yes, same lights. They work fine for me as Nepenthes don't like too much light. I don't remember the brand but you can find it on the tent installation video. ;)
Hi, I have a question if I may. My plants aren't nearly as big yet, but I wonder how do I tell that they want to start growing upward or start climbing and should I give them something to hold on to? If I should, how do I go about it? I saw you have some support for them on the (very impressive) windowsill collection but I'm still unsure about this. I have 3 pretty small plants (compared to yours at least)
Your plants will tell you when they start vining: the stem between the leaves will increase. For example if it took 5 leaves for your plant to be 2 inches tall, getting 2 inches taller will only take 2 leaves.
Very interesting seeing all these wonderful plants, hortlust for sure…I loved the N. spectabilis. Are there any pitchers that are all green? And also, I’m interested in small pitchers, mainly because of space, is there a species with little pitchers? Thank you for doing this video! 🌱
@@grannyplants1764 there sure are for both accounts, but mostly you have yo go by what's available to you, and especially by what kind of conditions you can give them.
@@WindowsillNepenthes right, thanks for the reply. So if that starts happening I should give them some support right? Like some pipe, stick or even a rope to grow up on?
My family is celebrating Canada Day today to since my moms Canadian
Happy Canada Day!

Depends on your patience and space :) If you have little space and loads of patience, they are just fine.
Finaly Remy is Back !!!

Great to see how big everyting is getting on the windowsill!
Heads up. Carnivero announced that they are opening export to Canada.
Yes, I've interviewed him 2 weeks ago. Will you order him some plants?
Just started watching, excited to finish the video! Your tours are always exciting. I've also got a Petiolata in the mail
My Briggsiana started flowering in late atumn, the flower was opening in december i think and stayed over winter.

Woah, those maroon pitchers around the 6:30 mark are beautiful 🤩. I'll have to add that to my wishlist! What was the name? I couldn't catch it all.

I don't hate them but it's so frustrating haha But yes, I'm happy to have recovered lowii, rajah and edwardsiana.
Bon jour!
You talk about too many leaves and the difficulty to water some plants would they, in nature, need less watering?
I don't think so, but in nature humidity of the ground balances, but a small pot can dry quickly. :)
burbidgeae x Villosa? oh boy you are sitting on money 🤑😁
4 of them are for sale 😆 I could use this money back
@@WindowsillNepenthes ah too bad shipping to Europe would be too complicated
