Just found some of these in my Uncles lawn, Mid Wales. Didn't know what they were, but, now I do!! Thanks Marlow!

Great video, as usual. And fortuitous, because I found a few patches of these on an impromptu ramble on the way home from work. And voila, you've just uploaded a video.

Looks very similar to the Collybia Butyracea or Buttercap mushroom, although they only appear in woodland and amongst brambles.

I can recommend the wild food UK books to take with you, they're great. I got the plastic cover on mine. Make sure you've got big pockets though, they're large pocket sized! I forgot to take it on my last trip to the forest unfortunately.

If you're going to invest in a mushroom identification book the Roger Phillips mushroom book is the one you want. Wild Food UK's books are great additions but the Roger Phillips book is a necessity.

Definitely recommend going on one of their mushroom walks to experience the mushrooms in person with an ID from an expert

@e.s.lavall9219 train fair, accommodation, course fee, food. Time off work. Can't afford the time or money working at B&q. I didn't go to university to get a proper job unfortunately 😪 😕 😞
