Thanks for this topic ! Barsha aabed are unaware mel les effects taa Zatla khater they keep compare maa laabed lokhrin. I ended up with Psychosis because of it and I also never had worse anxiety as when I used to use. I love your tips !! and to add more, try not to surround urself with people who consume weed, sometimes even when I don't think about smoking and see my friend doing it I always end up smoking too, keep yourself as physically away from it as possible. One of the first thing that helped me to get off is to cut contact with my dealer, I found another one in another town 1 hour away. And now even tho I still have the urge it's not worth driving there and back just to get high and regret it.
