This suffering of unfairness is so obvious in this mans first words apologizing for "making mooji work"...
He is suppressing himself, treading on egg shells by saying something like this and this unworthy attitude is attracting relationships who affirm that he should apologize for his existence. No man, you can exist. Your presence is worthy, as worthy as everyone elses, this is fair.

A great Dzogchen master I once knew once said, " When all the animals in the jungle hear the lion roar, they are so frightened and they tremble and hide. Other animals feel so angry about it. But the baby lions like it, they are not afraid at all and they just naturally want to go closer to it. Wasn't it Jesus who said, " My sheep know me and they hear my voice and follow me."? The teaching not the teacher, the experience of the words given, not the personality behind them. It's a tool too. The means to the end, if you are serious about it. Don't get confused. Stay balanced. If you want to go to New York City, you don't fall in love with the highway signs in North Carolina! You stay focused on the destination. You respect the signs and follow their direction, not get stuck clinging to the signpost! Women, be careful of your emotions! This is not that trip. It's different.

The wisdom and truth in everything Moojibaba says is thrilling to my heart space. Looking at how he stays on the teaching, focused, even though the other being brings the twists and turns of a seemingly complicated problem. How he has such time and patience for us, and repeats his wisdom over and over again, or explains the same information in a differently way until we see the truth. This is true love and a real gift to be treasured. I searched from a young child, teenager and adult till 46years, until l found Moojibaba and heard the truth. I visited several major religions, including Christian and Buddhism and researched got involved with concluded with nothing, it wasn't there for me!! No spiritual confirmation or personal experience to speak of. Of course not, there was a wounded person looking with an active mind and strong identity. It wasn't until l reconnected with my awareness of l am that it was all fully understood. As if that wasn't enough, just days later the I am saw the truth of the situation and realised I am in fact the Universal Consciousness, the Watcher and all that is also dwells in this Consciousness. The I am is formless and is the purest awareness, no body but is fully accessible to us in every waking moment. It is us, uncluttered wonderfully from thoughts , feelings and concepts. My heart overflows with gratitude for the Master revealing this ultimate truth. I love you Mooji. 💗💗💗

This is how teaching or therapy should be done. Mooji was really relating to meaning in this. However, the guy didn't have enough awareness to stay connected to Mooji. In my personal "religion", the more negative something is, the more important it is to fix this problem, and so the "most high" will NOT be someone "eating cake in Heaven", but someone qualified to fight the beings who create such problems.
When someone continuously create serious problems, our anger eventually grows into hate (everyone has their limits), which is the #1 most important expression of love. The definition of an "enemy" is someone who is a threat to someone or something we care about, and anger/hatred is there to protect that which we care about. Pacifist ideals can of course be applied to some situations, but its not an absolute truth that should be applied to ALL situations. If all good people were pacifists, then nobody would fight evil, and the world would fall into chaos and suffering. Even if 99% of the woulds population would die in a war to avoid such a destiny, it would still be "the lesser of 2 evils". Its usually a good idea to solve a problem before it grows out of control, but how much suffering we need to endure to snap out of our pacifist mindset, is up to each individual - but if we NEVER tried to fight evil, then ALL future generations would live under tyranny, and their suffering would be infinite, compared to the finite amount of suffering of 99% of the current generation dying in a war against evil. It is not a beautiful thing, but we are not in control of everyone else, and all we can do is to be indifferent or to react. I choose to care - IF im qualified, and i have the energy and patience and time and all that stuff. REAL love is not limited to how it feels in beautiful circumstances. It is the motivation for everything we do. Even a guy who robs an old lady, does so because he love/care about/need money for something. Its obviously not love for the old lady, but its still "love" for something - or his values and priorities, but thats basically what this person cares about, which is my definition of love...

if we are here to win our self back and there is to much reaction ...this bottom is being pushed to much in relationships in that case we should be looking together? arising a bottom in the reaction is an issue, anger is an issue ....expressing that anger in unfairness ...."who is watching this bottom?" no one.....a great dialogue.....very important this investigation, to follow up these kind of dialogues, if we go into our room and there is a smell we find it until we can get ride of it, so this smell is of unfairness and that is inside, tracing it back, who is angry and about what? who is the one who feels justice as been put in our face? to all our attention looking for that center ...because there is to strong identification of you and me, I and others, and that is a strong "smell" the I we try to locate, the one who is so angry, the one who is suffering the anger, that is about seeing, going to the core of the suffering and see if we find the sufferer there.. #researching #journey #awakening if the reaction is to strong we are locked in ..don,t try and resque your self but try to move things and find distraction and get out of it, or stay fully in it, but no reaction, feel it in the body the energetic presence and the anger that is there, just being quit and present and don,t interpreted and be through what you see and feel and don't interfere just be quit, that is the space of peace - quietening the monkey mind the first practice of Syntony being that place of the stillness

The reaction the man feels about "Unfairness or injustice" is also very possibly a feeling of his emotions/ feelings/ beliefs being invalidated by other people (or invalidated by past memories). Being invalidated (often times by either toxic partners or emotionally abusive family...) can leave the inner child, sub-conscious memories feeling deeply hurt and it is a very real feeling and physical experience. very very difficult to overcome. it CAN BE overcome, but understanding why you feel triggered is key. is it the childhood/ sub-conscious memory? People have conscious memories and emotional memories. Your emotional memories you carry in the deep sub-conscious and they are real hard to access. And being consistently invalidated (aka treated unfairly/ not feeling seen, being emotionally invalidated) as young child will create this button and let the sub-conscious emotional memory flood your body and brain whenever the button is pushed as an adult. It is hard work to get free from that.

Thanks a lot mooji...i understood the spirit of Qoran in your words...the message that told us that we are attached to the Source..the one and unique source of all what we can percieve or even imagine..we are beyond all forms..we are the formless attached to the formless source.

The mooji you see here is in your heart as your true self. Dont seek out Mooji in current times. Tragically his ego came back years ago, and he now runs an abusive cult. Its all in the eyes. See the bhakti in his eyes and hear it in his voice. His eyes are deadened now. Very sad. Be careful.

I struggle a bit with the physical reaction on the body, paying attention to the feeling as the witness doesn't fully bring up a blank nothingness for me. It usually takes around 40 min to get the tension to subside...
Edit ; i have actually recently stopped talk therapy (with my doctors approval) bc it kept setting me back and making me dissociate. I started to dread it. What's helped me more is more of a dbt approach : emotional regulation through practice, tracking progress, etc and of course staying in the now.

Ok this is definatly the greatest video of any guru.. seeing simple that the only what matters is to let free any idea of something...
that is the final course of anger, fear and finally wars......
but there is one last question.. in what way than to life? like nothing?? that is strange isnt it.. i mean we can not sit all in a chair and relax.. life has its things to do.. is there still a sense in doing something that makes me happy?? or should i think: i need nothing i am nothing..lol ..mooji answer please ;)

life continues but is really much more profound and deeper. Everything becomes witnessed from the place of emptiness. Sadness at the baby birds in the mailbox that died, joy from the music you hear, pain from the muscle that cramps, love and laughter while playing with your children. However, now you are no longer reacting from egoic self, so there's much less anger, hostility, etc. Those things still appear as well but they are more like lightning that just flash through and they dont remain. There is still the experiencing of life but from a deeper appreciation and deeper awareness of everything. However now you are the eternal witness of them coming and going, you are free of any true suffering. Even thinking i am doing nothing is thinking that is witnessed. There is also an undertone to everything of sublime peace and bliss. While working it is there and there is witnessing of thought. So at work in emptiness there are appearances of thoughts & emotions, all travelers in your ever present spacious field of awareness.

Mooji and others have answered this in other videos.
It is said that our consciousness evolves from the thought of I am something, to I am nothing, to the ultimate Awareness of I AM everything. Understand who the "I" is you refer to. Understand that nothing "makes" you happy; you are happiness itself. YOU need nothing, but your body-mind does; know the difference. While in this world, we must do what is required for being here, but we must not identify with this world. The world is "in" us and not us in the world.

Charlie Chase For a deeper understanding, inquire into who/what is the "doer". This is the teaching of the great sage Ramana Maharshi who was the guru of Mooji's guru.
We think we know who "we" are but we don't. It is much too long to go into here, but knowing who we are is Enlightenment. But remember, knowing about something is not Knowing it.
I like Mooji a lot, but my favorite non-duality or Advaita teacher is Rupert Spira. He articulates this teaching like no other and he is the real deal. Just search his name on YT.

A little tension is oke and just saying it should not be....that is what this is about, we don,t have to take care of what is manifesting ..not compelling to identify
just seeing who we are and no judgement and just feeling this space inside of us

At 11:40 yeah it’s basically the ego that wants to find out the why just so it can understand it and be rid of it; that is to say so it can have power over it. To have one up over it. Such a beautiful question and answer. Namaste! (EDIT: also I love his personic analogies of being to that of a computer. Screen. Purchase. Etc. it’s almost like seeing your thoughts and sway of your attention from the present moment as pop up ads lol)

The unfairness done to yourself or the unfairness done to the whole world, ( racists, pollution , exploitation, discrimination, etc) is very different though. The questioner is very confused in using a big word like this in describing his little belly button. I hope he understands between Mooji's words : the self doesn't exist. Desire only exists when this ID of " I" exists.

there is no liar to me because their are no different persons. 1 Soul 1 mind 1 mattter. - I think we are talking from very different points of view, and i am sure we can not easily combine them. (mooji talks to people who believe in a certain way of hinduism)
I can't see that mooji is fake or he lies, he just makes me feel good...
If you think so, this means (from my point) that you should not listen to him at all; rather use your time for something that makes you feel good. Peace and have fun!

Also: emotional Dysregulation (inner rage, that might be shown as outside aggression or might stay inside as anxiety) can be triggere by past Trauma... and trauma can be caught inside the body. doing these Mindfulness (or empty mind) practices will help release that trauma but you honestly have to also do more than just that. you also must exercise your body to get rid of trauma that has gone to sit inside your body.. and other things can also help.. there are various paths to releasing trauma that just cannot seem to go away regardless of how hard you try.

they say it is easier to take pain than an itch. What is the difference between anger and an itch- i guess anger can be treated like pain by observing it without making it 'mine'. That would be 'anger management practice'. Contemplating that which is angry, in front of which everything unfolds... is a practice more appropriate for quieter times.
