Piprahwa is believed to be the site of Kapilavastu 3. Amaravati in Andhara prdesh (Mahachaitya stupa) 4.Different type of sikhara :- Nagara: Curvilinear, convex rise, multiple miniature towers.
Dravida: Pyramidal, stepped storeys, capped with a dome.
Vesara: Mix of Nagara and Dravida, can be both curvilinear and pyramidal.
Phamsana: Stepped pyramid, broader base.
Bhumija: Central and smaller projections on all sides.
Kalinga: Tall, narrow, curvilinear, frontal porch.
Hemadpanthi: Black stone, intricate carvings, pyramidal shape.
