It's not just dangerous it's ILLEGAL. As the supervisory driver, you can't be impaired. Period. If something were to happen I'm sure they would face real charges.
@@nangioletti0224 no. They need night hours to get their full license. But certainly supervised with a SOBER companion. Someone will be calling her local police station and I guarantee that 15 passenger van is easy to spot and on their radar. She needs to be VERY careful.
Looked it up just to be sure because I said the same thing and yes she would get in serious trouble if they got pulled over or something happened and she’s not sober. How can you supervise a child driving if you’re drunk and not able to drive yourself? Such a dangerous game to play. And all these kids lives on the line just so they could drink? Insanity
Let me get this straight.... six of her kids suffer from FASD... some if not all suffer PTSD.... have experienced trauma possibly related to alcohol... and she not only drinks in front of them, she and her husband get so drunk that they need an unlicensed teenager drive them home?!?!. Yes let's add trauma to him and his siblings then post it online for the world to see.
Maybe it's because the drinking culture in Europe is different, although I agree w everything he says, I don't rly understand the drinking remarks. Yes sure, avoid your children's (some with alcohol-related traumas) exposure to alcohol as good as you can, but in this instance they were out for dinner and she drank along with her food? She is an adult and if she wants to drink, has the right to imo. Imo its not excessive and even 2 white claws a day is really not that much alcohol. Obviously the way she made Alex drive was in no way responsible and completely stupid, but the fact that she drank in itself isn't. Perhaps it's just a culture difference? Because it doesn't make any sense to me.
In fact, if anything, it could be a positive thing, so that the kids can realize alcohol isn't always trauma-inducing. this isn't to say that they should familiarized more with alcohol, but rather that they can get rid of all the trauma connotations they associate with it, which would be of benefit considering how normalized alcohol is. The FASD kids are a different story tho

I never saw alcohol once in my house growing up. A few times I saw my parents drink but it was only ever one at a time and never more than one beverage. I don’t really drink now. Never did. Once I was an adult i found out my dad loves beer and pizza. He has one once a week. He now enjoys them regularly since he’s been an empty nester a decade.

I was raised in a house where alcohol ran freely, so hearing this lady say that they had drinks for dinner in front of the children is a huge no for me. I hope these kids grow up to know that this behaviour isn’t normal
I once had to drive my drunk dad and cousin home, in the middle of winter, through a scary canyon, we were 2 hours away from home, and I had just barely gotten my learners permit. And they even continued to drink on the way home. I remember having so much anxiety, and was so scared and mad that someone who was supposed to protect me and teach me would put me in that position.
I can relate to this. My uncle was an alcoholic and wanted me to drive him to the liquor store, neither of us had a DL and I didn't even have a permit. I think there was a warrant for his arrest. I started to drive there and passed a cop, freaked out and turned around and went back home. He was so angry with me. It's sad when the adults care more about getting high or wasted than they do about the welfare of their children.
My kid is 16 and just recently I gave him a phone with internet access, but still no social media accounts and last week he was actually thanking me for not having to deal with all the online bullying , harassing and competitiveness he now sees his peers having to go through and how frustrated and embarrassed they can get with some of the posts they get due to their involvement with social media . Being a teenager in school is competitive , and stressful enough without the added TOXIC and UNNECESSARY pressure of social media . Thanks for pointing that out !
My SIL and BIL left their 6 month old with us one night to babysit her while they "went to a viewing". Turns out the "viewing" was actually a blow out party at a bar where the deceased was a regular. They showed up at 10 pm at our house, both completely shithouse hammered. Staggering, swaying and slurring. They had driven home that way. They lived across the street, so they didn't have to drive the baby home, but I still didn't want to let them take her, and I wanted to call the cops on them for driving home. My husband wasn't as livid as I was and let them have her, because he didn't want to start family drama. I HATE parents who put their drinking and partying before their kids.
"Aunt Kiki" isn't Alicia's sister, she was a student of Josh's and then they all became BFFs. With everything else going on in this family I do wonder about that.
Surprisingly the part that cut the deepest for me was the part of her teasing her son about the barber doing something to his eye brows. They looks just fine how they were. Do not tease your child about their looks. It hurts them more than you think. Do not do that to their self image. Joke or not that is not ok.
ME too!!! I felt so sorry for him because you could literally see his face of embarrassment and his mom was just shoving the camera in his face and laughing right in his face because she was basically saying it looked stupid ughhhh … I wanted to slap her threw the screen!!
VERY disturbing. She was laughing so loud and bring all the attention to them.He looks so unsure and insecure, then she just walks off saying he looks so cute, or whatever she said. You can't tell me she wasn't already drunk.
@@HoneyBunRoad the mix of the look on his face when she said it and the fact that she even did is just heart crushing. And I thought i heard her say still cute though as she walked away. Wrong either way. It was just heart breaking to watch and then to proceed to put them all in danger later. Horrible.
That driving scene made me furious. Not to mention - I would quit my job if I had to serve them at the restaurant 😵💫 I was a server for 10 years and they are that nightmare table.
If she did this then people need to call child protective services and have her investigated if that occurred. Sometimes children can have the children’s adoption be taken away. According to the oldest son he mentions that they do have chores.
I HATE the fact that she laughed about the kids eyebrows. The look on that kids face is like “why are you laughing at me?” Talk about creating insecurities at an early age for a kid. I just hope she said something to him after to reassure him that they look good (cute as she said while laughing) and not funny.
The restaurant will probably refuse to have them back. My husband and I would ask to be moved. That's not the kind of restaurant you bring a four year old to.
In Indiana a driver with a permit cannot drive with an intoxicated passenger. ETA: He cannot take driving classes with a cast because he MUST drive with both hands!!!
When I broke my elbow I wasn't allowed to drive because if I got pulled over it would be impaired driving because YES you do need two hands on the steering wheel at all times especially when you're first learning!
Back in my younger day. 30+ years ago. My partner and I only drank Christmas and new year. Every year we took turns. In a house with anything up to 20 adults and 40+ children I rested in peace knowing there was at least 1 sober adult to watch over the children. They were fed, hydrated, happy and put to bed safe.. the adults fended for themselves.. children always came first.. call me old fashioned but it remains the same now. Grandma makes sure the grandbabies are fed happy and hydrated.. even the teenagers lol. This family are a disaster waiting to happen..
In 2011, the New York state Senate passed “Abbagail’s Law,” enabling punishment of drunk adults who act as the supervisory driver for someone with only a learner’s permit.
I got my babies removed because our house needed repaires and mental health concerns that are in check. I don't see how people like this keep their kids and adopt. I have and would never exploit my kids or endanger them like this

When my older sister was learning my dad wouldnt let me join them in the car EVER! If they got into an accident it would haunt their son! I’m from the UK but I looked up New York State laws regarding a supervising driver being intoxicated. From what I found, ‘Abbagail’s law’, passed in 2011, makes it a misdemeanour to supervise a learner driver whilst intoxicated. I’m not 100% on US laws and how they work but maybe look it up cos it seems like it might apply to this situation 🤷🏼♀️
Im from NYS about an hr away from these people and we also have leandras law which makes it a felony to drive intoxicated with any child under the age of 16 i believe.
Never! 😂😂😂 why is it 3 hours away still??!! Lol gives me something to look forward to at least. I’m about to cut my own hair to make time tick 😂 fr though ❤
In Canada, at least the Maritime provinces, beginner drivers (learners permit before their full license) can NOT have any other passengers in the vehicle while they are driving apart from a supervised driver. So this SHOCKED me.
This is a perfect example of why power dynamics matter and the complete influence they can have over a person/victim. There is/was no way that Alex could consent to being told/asked to drive the entire family home. That power dynamic of your parents putting the responsibility on you to get everyone home safe because they chose to be in a state where they physically couldn’t - how could he ever say “no” or “I’m uncomfortable”. He didn’t have the option. Secondly, he may be smart but it’s likely that his 16 year old mind couldn’t understand or fathom the gravity behind being the responsible one in that situation and the level of regret he would feel if anything happened to them - even if an accident wasn’t his fault! And WHY no other adult stepped in to say, hey, that’s probably a bad idea - is beyond me! They’re all bad! They’re all entirely wrong for that!
There are child endangerment laws that apply if all adults in the home are intoxicated. There should ALWAYS be a sober adult in the home. ALWAYS. Let alone while out and about... And Im a single mom who loves a good cocktail or glass of wine! But my daughter comes. Period. Unless my mom is staying the night and agrees to keep an ear open for my kiddo, I stay sober. You never know when an emergency can happen. And as a parent you need to be 100% there. This is wild.
Btw in NYS you cannot have more than one person unless they are immediate family. The GF isn’t immediate and the non fostered kids aren’t either and would likely fall under that category (non immediate) given the circumstances…
I think that she should have the child protection agency involved to remove all the children until she grows up acts like a parent isn't that woman fostering some of those children?isn't it against the law in her country to foster other people's children then put their faces all on the world wide web??? Someone should phone the child protection agency ASAP she is exploiting not only her own children but other people's children also.doesnt that woman realise that their real parents will see her videos of their children and will easily find out where they are??? Obviously they were taken into care due to the parents having some kind of difficulty, and then BANG she puts their faces all over social media platforms..is she mental??? Who gets an underage boy to drive a car because she's pissed out of her head?? Damn right DISGUSTING!! Doesn't she also strap them to their beds??Oh Really!! That's child abuse straight away!!!
I think none of them are fosters. Most are either legally adopted (so yes, they are indeed her kids) or bio. I think a couple of more recent arrivals are kinship placements from a friend so they are not in the foster category either. But as you say, foster kids definitely are not supposed to be shown online etc. So if they fostered any of their kids first, they would have had to be careful about that. But it’s legal for the ones they have at the moment.
Oh good lord.. as someone who took ballet, tap and jazz growing up she’s got me wanting to pull all my hair out just watching her try to direct everyone.. I can’t imagine what her kids must feel lol
What do laws matter? It doesn't matter if her riding passenger drunk while her son who doesn't KNOW how to drive is illegal or not. It's morally WRONG. And also I don't think they are allowed to drive with anyone in the car that are under a certain age.
Lmao you fit right into the intro, Josh! The Whiteclaw costume & red wig 😂. Thank you. I needed a good laugh!!! Also, I have never had Whiteclaw but I guarantee it sucks, it's a "hard seltzer" which is, (in my opinion) the same reason you drink it is the same reason you drink shitty lite beer - to get drunk easily without all the calories. It's not just dangerous it's ILLEGAL. As the supervisory driver, you can't be impaired. Period. If something were to happen I'm sure they would face real charges.
Imagine the civil suit from the damaged party.
Insanity
I hope they face real charges disgusting parents
i wonder if something happened they would give the parents a DUI charge bc they’re the licensed drivers 😬 seems like a reasonable consequence to me
Let me get this straight.... six of her kids suffer from FASD... some if not all suffer PTSD.... have experienced trauma possibly related to alcohol... and she not only drinks in front of them, she and her husband get so drunk that they need an unlicensed teenager drive them home?!?!.
I hope one day her kids tell their truth of life with these " parents ".
She literally filmed a tiktok with her whole son's football team. Why is no one stopping this woman
Omg when I saw how those boys were acting like typical boys and she was just there I was embarrassed for her. Sometimes I want to try to give her a chance but then I see things like that and I'm just like, gross.

That was an absolutely vile video. It was literally a hang banging song. She has become completely unhinged.

In one of her tik tok viedos with her and her son dancing off of pop that p.......y. was just weird. Where is the acs at when the are needed. She diffently need a surprise vist. In nyc that can be done. But it has be a case made on her, For them to come to her home. She knows thats, that is why she make viedos with her buying food, clothing, and all that other shit that she buy for them. So if someone is watching automatically they will see where the money she gets for them goes. But with that said she is diffently not suppose to use it on beer and alcohol. Come on now make this make sence her husband is a teacher I think in one of her viedos she said she works too. Both of their salaries times 1000 could not pay for the things she buys. She is they payee through the adoption agency and they all have some type of disability. So in nyc she also recieve socail security income for them. The social security checks alone in nyc starts at 7 hundred plus that's just for one times that by 8 monthly. And every year that money get raised due to the cost of living. I know that's a fact first hand. some of her children are 14 and over. Also in nyc they can get a summer youth jobs and they pay goes on a personal credit card with their name on it for that child. And if they get hired permanently after the summer is over. They social security checks will decrease in the amount. She knows that and prevent them getting jobs so she can stay in charge of the money flow. So thats why she takes them out and buy them whatever they ask for. She is being very selfish and greedy now

I never saw alcohol once in my house growing up. A few times I saw my parents drink but it was only ever one at a time and never more than one beverage. I don’t really drink now. Never did. Once I was an adult i found out my dad loves beer and pizza. He has one once a week. He now enjoys them regularly since he’s been an empty nester a decade.
im a EX CPS worker....(dont hate me) why hsnt CPS been called???? and how is she even still having a show? its boring makes no sense and shes horrible and just cuz your hair is red....doesnt mean your brows should be
I was raised in a house where alcohol ran freely, so hearing this lady say that they had drinks for dinner in front of the children is a huge no for me. I hope these kids grow up to know that this behaviour isn’t normal
You can see 100% it's going to end badly with a parent with an alcohol addiction
My niece couldn't wait for her little brother to get his license so he could be her ride home from the bar's
That would give me anxiety any age. I just wanted to say ❤❤❤❤❤

Being a teenager in school is competitive , and stressful enough without the added TOXIC and UNNECESSARY pressure of social media .

As a kid I dealt with that. My mother drove drunk all the time. It was terrifying! This was wayyy before cell phones.
I’m sorry. It’s hard. I know.

Surprisingly the part that cut the deepest for me was the part of her teasing her son about the barber doing something to his eye brows. They looks just fine how they were. Do not tease your child about their looks. It hurts them more than you think. Do not do that to their self image. Joke or not that is not ok.

I laughed way too hard at that. I will extend that to include toddlers. If toddlers or teenagers think it is a good idea, it is 💯 not a good idea. 😂
Not nice for her to laugh at a 7 year old
Nobody laughed at her wearing red lipstick at 4am and they should have she looked ridiculous she has very thin lips.

In Indiana a driver with a permit cannot drive with an intoxicated passenger.
ETA: He cannot take driving classes with a cast because he MUST drive with both hands!!!
Same in my state. I can't believe they were so dumb to film it. Maybe they think they are above the law.

It’s definitely illegal in most states.

In Canada, at least the Maritime provinces, beginner drivers (learners permit before their full license) can NOT have any other passengers in the vehicle while they are driving apart from a supervised driver. So this SHOCKED me.
Same laws in Saskatchewan too!
LOLOLOLOLOLOL JOSH !!!!! YOU'RE the BEST ! And spot on about this woman .

And if you watch the TH-cam short of the skeleton thing it’s painfully off rhythm 😂
What do laws matter? It doesn't matter if her riding passenger drunk while her son who doesn't KNOW how to drive is illegal or not.
It's morally WRONG. And also I don't think they are allowed to drive with anyone in the car that are under a certain age.
Exactly it’s wrong in all ways! And that should be enough!
