You might be watching the world's best pianist here folks. I'm sure he can play anything ever written, any style any tempo any genre, rock, folk, boogie woogie, soul, classical. Just amazing. I've been watching a lot of these TH-cam pianists lately, Chris Conz, jools Holland, Brendan Kavanaugh, Danilo Cristaldi, henri Herbert Jacob Tolliver and they are all beyond amazing. But I think Marius might have the edge on all of them. Can't stop watching in awe.

I don't know where Marius has been hiding all these years but I'm sure glad to have found him. I've been saying for a few years now that Henri Herbert is the best boogie piano player in the world. Sorry, Henri but Marius is truly astounding. I still love Henri but Marius is now the man.
That’s an interesting rendition of Jump and Jive by Axel. I loved that you improvised around it not a lot of people do that they just play it verbatim. Great job again Marius!

I try to understand how the brain of this guy works. One part must separate and lock on the left hand and the other controlls independently the right hand (?).

Am I mistaken, or does the Kawai sound better than the Yamaha counterpart? Of course this could be a very expensive Kawai, but I always thought Yamaha was one of the best shy of a Steinway.
@@TOM-C. Set up in a mall (bad acoustics at best) and playing this wonderful, fun full tilt boogie music, I imagine no one could tell the diff between a quality Kawai and a quality Yamaha or Steinway, etc. Whatever, this was just delicious.
