I am always jealous of what everyone finds at Dollar Tree! I think I would have to go every day OR actually work at the store in order to see what comes in. Whenever I go shop at mine, they have unpacked boxes in aisles. I wish I could just shop online and buy what I want rather than having to buy a whole case of something! I LOVE OTIS!

Oh goodness, I missed the live yesterday! ☹️☹️ Chiropractor & errands on my day off. 😫Otherwise I would have been there with my coffee and participating. I’m in the Augusta area, across the Savannah River in SC. You just mentioned West Virginia! My precious Dad was a native of WV! As were his parents and a couple of generations back, mostly the Mason County area. So happy for you following your heart and dream….doing YT full time and real estate (too much studying for me at my age!). I haven’t been to the DT in while, my hubby retired the end of November after 40 years 4 months with the same company. With retirement comes some adjustments in the budget when he’s not quite old enough for Medicare and I’m three years younger…..so we’re paying for things that we didn’t used to. 🤦🏼♀️ Enough of that. Time to typing & pay attention. 👍🏼👍🏼❤️

I know I missed this while you were live but I wanted to say that I think you would be wonderful in real estate. You have such creativity and vision and when people start looking at homes, they seem to not be able to envision what a home can be. I think you can help them with that and be hugely successful! Some tips for studying for your test. This is how I studied for Comps when I was in my 40s, working full time and had a kid. Make an outline of info you know you need to know. Doesn’t have to be an official one. Just categorize your data. When you study, do everything outloud, even if you are alone. If you can do it with someone else, it’s a bit easier. Then name the topic, and say” I know ……………. Ithink………………I am not sure about……….. Write down the stuff you are not sure bout and go back and review those items. Don’t keep rehashing info you are solid on. Also, study in little increments. Maybe 30 mins at a time. No marathons….your brain won’t beneift. Best of Luck❤

I didn't get to watch you live because I s at work. I was bummed out. You should try to do a video on how to get started on TH-cam and how to monetize.
