this was literally jinni's first and last award show with nmixx, along with jinni's last event with the girls and mnet straight up cropped her out. i know they have to do that because she's no longer legally binded by her contract to consent to being included in these but it still hurts 😭😭

They dont have her consent to put her in videos anymore. Her contract gave them that consent but it was terminated before this video was uploaded so prob for legal reasons.
To all those furious about this, Jinni had to be edited out of these scenes because of legal reasons. She has terminated her contract with JYP Entertainment, which means no further clips, photos, or even her voice can be used by them. If they do use it, she can easily sue the company and also Mnet
To all the people who blamed mnet and jype for cropping out Jinni in this video there is a reason why. Since Jinni no longer has a contract under jype, no parterning companies such as mnet, 1thek, inkigayo, etc can’t put her in the videos because her contract gives them consent to recording her. Now that her contract ended before the upload, they legally have to remove her in the video cause they need her consent.
