Omigod. Lois has Zod's powers? And as you pointed out, Williamson has teased a major confrontation with Zod, in which Superman loses an eye, in the near future. Josh has done some iffy stuff in the past, but man, he's cooking as a Superman writer now.
Question, though. Niggling fanboy quibble. Zod wasn't on Earth during Absolute Power, was he? He never encountered one of Waller's super-Amazos. So how did he lose his powers for Lois to find them? 🤔
@@malicyoung9293 Waller tapped into the Multiverse, remember? Which is why it is essentially cut off now, outside of the Absolute Universe/The Elseworld, since Wally and Hal closed it at the end of Absolute Power. Which also means Lois might have not even the powers of this universe's Zod. It could be the powers of an alternative dimension Zod or even Ursa, which would definitely cause some drama considering Zod's current state of mind following Kneel Before Zod.
@@TheSaharay1nope. The final page absolutely and heavily implies that Lois somehow, someway, accidentally stole Zod's powers, even though that's IMPOSSIBLE as Zod was never on Earth during Absolute Power.
How does she fly around saving people without a mask on and nobody recognizes her as Lois Lane? Anyone with a camera and half a brain cell would identify her in a second. She isnt the only hungry journalist either.
@bernardabang4107 this is all covered in the superman ongoing. Supercorp are deleting any and all images and videos of her and she never sticks around long enough for anyone to get a proper photo or look at her.
Same thing with Superman and Wonder woman. They don't wear masks and yet the public cannot make the connect compared to their civilian identities! It's just comics. You are supposed to suspend disbelief!
@@FortressofSolitude1138it's just comics. Superman and WW don't wear masks to hide their identities and yet people don't make the connect when they see their civilian identities
The writers are losing sight of Superman's character and invulnerability by having him lose an eye. They're cheapening his image piece by piece by having him be shown less 'super' and more 'man'.
They are not cheating his image. I'm pretty sure they have made it very clear that this superman is god-tier and It will not change especially with Darkseid actions currently affecting the multiverse. And I think the idea of losing his eye to zod another potent being makes it interesting and I can't wait.

@@malicyoung9293exactly. Zod was never on Earth but in deep space during Absolute Power as seen in Kneel before Zod
Seeing more of Lois, Lana, and Kara together is something we should get more often. I'm enjoying Lois having powers
I am curious how general zod is going to react to Lois having his powers because oh boy knowing zod he’s going to be pissed as a whole.
Did you see👀 the final page? He looks pissed as hell

Kneel before zod!
I really love this but I know it’s going to go away.
Louis lane has super powers?
For now. Due to thr events of Absolute Power
Nah, Lois is way more interesting as a regular person in a world of super people. This feels cheap, like giving Mary Jane powers.
And the "three generations of Superwomen" concept falls apart when the artist makes them all look like they're in their early 20s.
This is not the first time they did this
At least this one's being written well.
Same here
@@Broly-xg5gmcorrect. There was a New 52 version of Lois, who got the powers of New 52 Supes before dying immediately
Robinn beat up Bruce Lee too

It's not. That's just your own opinion and interpretation
