Yes, four years later and still going strong. I try and change a tiny little bit when the ideas come to me but I find that the system works now in the background to this part of my daily routine. Thanks for replying.

Thank you so much for your lovely words. I have my A5 Maldon which I used as a diary/journal for a few years. However, the busyness of life does not allow me to spend the time I need to put my words down on paper on a regular basis . So I’ve taken a break from journaling, however I have channeled myself into other things which help make memories. Thanks again for your interest.

Good to see you back! Would you ever move to a digital planning set up? I’m using OneNote but miss my pen and paper.
I am forced to use digital notes at work so am also using OneNote, however, I relate so much better to a written planner which I can access anywhere. I am doing my daily journal using speech to text software as I want to record more than I can spend the time to write. I often dictate into the app while I am driving (safely 😃) or when I am waiting for my kids etc. I have trained it very wel over the years so it picks up about 98% of my speech without error. (Dragonspeak).
Thanks for the update ! I adore your little setup . So simple and functional ! I am using a de ringed pocket Holborn as a wallet. I may need to get me a pocket moleskine now seeing this 😃
Suzee, I have never looked back at the deringing. It was a huge step but my Malden and I are a good working team. I often laugh how I went from intense decoration and planning to a simple almost boring setup, however, the whole need for a diary is to remember and plan things which I do well now. The fact that the Malden STILL smells and feels luxurious and leathery is an added bonus. I also love the Patina it has developed. The stitching has held up well and it is used multiple times a day and is in and out of my satchel numerous times.
@@kentfromoz627 oh your setup is not boring at all! And it works for you ! You was the one to inspire me to de ring mine lol the rings were so tiny too. I see the moleskine slides well into your back pocket , but for the Holborn it's smaller and would need to cut down little bit. Passport sizes fit great though ..
What kind of pen do you use?
Did you remove the rings or did they come out from use? How do you hold the notebooks in place?
I have remove the rings. If you check my channel you’ll see the videos on how to remove rings. The Malden is excellent for getting the rings out quite easily.
What size Moleskine calendar fits in the Malden?
Its called a weekly pocket Moleskine.
