This video looks like the celebrities are being mean (by refusing to sign Children's autographs) but those Children are being used by autograph 'resellers' they track which flights celebrities are on and have a photos of the celebrity 'ready to sign' (they then sell the autographs for a lot of money on eBay). The celebrities are told not to sign autographs for these people as they are nothing but pests (who cause major security issues in airports and stop REAL fans from meeting their idols).

Metal fans are also pretty chill compared to some of these fans. These celebrities have places to be (some were on airports, others leaving buildings) and are probably tired from their schedule.
