Great video...I was actually looking at this today and wondering how can I as a jira admin, when creating a new issue on behalf of a customer , have a drop down of organizations and only see customers within that organization instead of being able to select from any customer, kind of a verification check to know that a customer is valid for that specific organization...Any thoughts or ideas for me 😊
