Thank u for the content & I hope, the opportunity to ask u this question: How do u get ur finished paintings so flat?? Is there anything extra u do after the work is dry? Like ironing while covered by pillow case or cloth?? I tape mine down on a flat surface while I paint & allow to dry over night, sometimes days before removing tape, & still have rippled paper. The work looks good & is presentable, the image is not affected, but obviously framing &/or other uses could b easier with a flat finished piece.
I am aware of stretching paper but those who do it still end up with ripples after the painting process has dried. Any advice at all??
