Wow, those lorikeets are beautiful…I can’t believe they’re in your backyard. I love your layout. The tabs on the flip flaps and the double flip flap are awesome!
Thank you so much Jayma. I do love tags on layouts, so thought it would be fun to have them as the "main feature" on the pages. The rainbow lorikeets are so colourful and I'm loving they are back in the morning and afternoon for feeding time!

I am so glad you are enjoying this series Eleanor, it's so much fun to collaborate with Julie on this and come up with fun designs to keep up to date on our 2022 scrapbooking. The pattern paper was a work in progress for sure on this layout, but I love how everything came together at the end.

The rainbow lorikeets are so pretty (loud but pretty) and I'm so glad they have come back to the garden. The patterns in the papers were a little challenging with the blocks of colour I had this month - but I'm loving how everything evolved and turned out in the end!
Interesting to see you both with greens in your layouts this month. Love the use of patterned paper too.
Thanks so much Michelle. It was fun to use the pattern papers to switch things up this month, although the process evolved quite a bit with all the treatments to try and make them work and not "take over" from the photos. It was fun to see that Julie's layouts and mine are getting closer to the same temperatures.

Thanks so much Carrie. I'm so pleased you enjoyed this video. It's amazing how many little techniques and tricks we all seem to do with our papercrafting - and there is always so much more I need to learn!
Thank you for your tips on inking. This layout turned out great. We have robins building nests in our yard right now.(in southwest Ohio)
I'm so glad you enjoyed the tips - I really needed to tone down the patterns a little so the focus would be on the photos.
