I’m working very hard to get back to the garden. It took me some years and will take me some more, but I will get there damn it. There will be berries, squash, tomatoes, cucumber, and all sorts of delicious goodies. Also there will be a fountain and another with birds in it.
I injured myself. I tore my rhomboid muscle, and burst a vein in my wrist. 😭 the doctor put me on some muscles relaxers but it’s hard to find a comfortable spot to lay down. Thanks for helping me get to sleep again 💛

When I do reiki video, I get "In the Zone" and I can't tell you what that is but it's like being in a trance and I can start to feel the blood surging through my arteries in my neck and head. That's weird. When I do the "self trigging face tracing" with a pencil, yes, I am experiencing ASMR and that is really hard to make a video doing that and keep my composure. LOL Normally I'm so focused, like in making this video, no I don't normally experience asmr, but, I am doing triggers I like so in a way, this is what I like to watch for asmr effects personally.
There must be a kind of magic in these videos that makes me sleep like a baby even when the day was pretty trashy, thank you so much for making this great content 👀

And your intro was amazing I can tell you put so much into this I see you growing and becoming in the big time in asmr! Could you do a video where you use one of the metal scald massagers that looks like a whisk and do like the face brushing to the camera of that makes sense. Like go toward the camera then out?
