Also, I am an art student and suffer from mental struggles as well but crocheting and knitting really helped me with my anxieties. I want to focus on it more and even incorporate it into my art practice but being in school for art could be super stressful so I can't wait to leave this year so I can focus on the things that brings joy into my life.
