The foundation packaging its so gorgeous comparing it to all the other brands in the market and wow Prada they thought of it imagine if the out packaging is glass as well ? U will hate it bcz it will makes you fear that easily be broken. I said to my self last month I won’t buy any new eyeshadows until i hit pan on the ones i have but gonna buy this one 🫣😭so gorgeous

I got the quad with the orange pop of color and it should be delivered today! I’m so excited!! They haven’t released the foundation on the US Prada Beauty site yet, so I couldn’t get it. I’ve never tried the LM, but I didn’t like the Rare Beauty foundation at all so maybe it was for the best that I couldn’t purchase it after all!
I ordered a lipstick but then, after the fact, they cancelled it because it sold out. But I AM particular about perfume smelling and *tasting* lipsticks, so maybe that was for the best, too!

I was just about to see if I had missed one of your uploads when the notification popped up! You’re right about the dark shade range lacking. Imo there’s only 5 true dark shades. I can’t figure out their shade system, shades with the same number have such a different depth and the numbers don’t make any sense either. DC80 is deeper than DW85?

This video is super helpful! Can you clarify if the lipstick you got was in the shade Tonka or in the shade Tiepolo?
The fuchsia definitely has a bit too much dark blue for your complexion, but it would be stunning on a deeper skintone!

The lactobacillus is a biotic. It could be why it doesn’t irritate your skin and it could be why the fragrance is in the formula. You might get a hint of sour milk smell otherwise. The foundation looks beautiful on you. You might not need a primer with it.
The eye shadow formula looks great and I do like most of the colours.

Was the hot pink lipstick shade P55? I actually didn't like it but when I saw it ON YOU it made me want to buy it. I know the shade is crazy though, in general, and the nude was nice as well.
Martina, how did I guess exactly how you'd use this palette?😉 I can hardly see the green on you from my largest telly! That green would have looked fantastic intensified as a liner, at least either over or under both lids, or live dangerously and line them both! Then throw on a deep green mascara like Shiseido's!!💚 There's a reason for that great big pan of green sitting in that palette and I'm quite sure the MUA's who designed it wasn't counting on it as a tiny little smudge hiding on your lids. FYI, I was talking to Prada last week and this range may not show up here until next year! Anyway, it will give me time to save for them all. That's what I'm planning on if I can find some restraint. Have you picked up any Chanel Quads? DJ's had all four available and I grabbed the lot. They are so beautiful, unlike anything I've seen Chanel do and shades can be mixed and matched between palettes. Just beware of Baroque. I know it looks amazing and reminds me of Christmas, but there is a little problem if wanting to use it as a Quad by itself. The red and green cannot be worn together as they just become muddy when they touch, whether pigmented or blended out softly. You can see this in the promotional pictures. There is brown showing where the shades meet, despite the red being extremely pale. In the Impériale Quad, the yellow is not really like a pale yellow sapphire but more full on like a golden topaz. The shades in each Quad show up very pigmented, yet they won't apply like this unless you build them up. I was initially planning on just getting Baroque and Impériale, but didn't have the heart to leave the others behind. It turns out, after much testing, that my favourites on their own are actually Cristal and Vénitienne. The sparkly shade in each palette has a shift to it, except for Baroque that has a white sparkling shadow. The others have a blue, green and reddish shift to them. Allfeisty did a review using Cristal and shows the blue shift across the entire lid. It's a soft look, but quite impressive. I know that both soft ones would suit you beautifully. It's naturally up to you to make your choice, I just wanted to warn you about some pros and cons if you haven't ordered or picked any up yet. This was the type of impact I wanted to see from those terrible Tweeds last year. They had nothing inspirational about them, unless you get excited over a dust cover like many did. I'd like to know what everyone has done with them now! Hope you made the most of Lipstick Day last week. YSL always had a Buy 1, Get 1 Free Offer, so I bought two of The Bolds and four Volupté. Not a bad bargain for a $65.00 lippy. When I had first heard of this, it sounded like a joke, but YSL's offer wasn't! I look out for it each year. Hope you're doing well, Kris.🇦🇺💖👩🏼🎨 PS. I haven't been commenting much as I've been quite ill with a terrible bug that just doesn't want to go away. I'm still always watching though.
How did you find the fragrance in the eyeshadow palette, Martina? I watched another review of the line, and she said everything had fragrance in it.

Hmmm I'm actually starting to wonder if glass packaging would be difficult to do refills with. Every refillable packaging that I've seen has been plastic so I wonder if there's a reason for that 🤔 maybe that's unrelated but that's just how my brain works lmao. The eyeshadows are the only product from this release that sparks my curiosity but I wish the pink shimmer was a nude colour. I would totally wear the green as a lower lash line accent . I didn’t think the pink lipstick looked bad but I don’t think it went with the eye look. Perhaps give it another chance with a cooler neutral look. Vega from LE?

I have the quad with the orange shade. And that orange shade is very wet. I thought it was a cream. I ended up scraping it out, to try and dry it out, very strange

Came back to this video to say I totally agree with you on how the foundation never truly meshes with the skin. It just sits on top of the skin and by the end of the day looks crusty. It’s a shame because at initial application, it’s such a pretty foundation 😢

It's funny, you'd think the refillable container would be glass and the tube that holds the product, plastic, as that's the bit you'll throw away!! Think they got that back-to-front!! Especially travelling, you'd leave the glass bit home, take the plastic bottle. Hummm...maybe they need to reassess that idea!👍👍 i love the bright pink lipstick but i think you need a strong brighter pink blush too, to bring the colour right out.... the eyeshadow was quite pigmented...the second lip colour went better with your overall final look.

@@MartinaLilynow I've seen a few other influencers use these products, they all complain about the smell of the foundation, they all liked the look, but the comments went from 'strong perfume' to 'horrible chemical' smell.... what did you think of smell???

@@MartinaLily It's a pet peeve with all creators who do it, nothing personal. I would much rather a quick summary. It feels like padding out video time, and makes watching multiple reviews....tedious. Always appreciate timestamps! But I'm often doing dishes etc so it's not so easy to skip to the next chapter.
