This is just a technicality regarding the way your video is titled (and I realize the mistake may have been made by the person who uploaded the original video to youtube, and not by you), but a cover song covers the original writer and singer, not someone else who also covered it later. Celine Dion didn't get around to doing Eric Carmen's song until 22 years after he wrote it, recorded it and took it to the highest position it ever attained on Billboard. Music industry people consider it a matter of credit where credit is due. Celine's version of his song is simply a cover of Carmen's original pop masterpiece, just as Dimash's is, and Carmen would have a right to be offended that someone else is being credited for the work he did. Eric Carmen's name should be noted in the title as the artist being covered, not Celine Dion.
