I really appreciate all of your grounding information. I tried the commercial grounding products with very bad results. I actually had a mild heart attack. Hearing from you that I may have been absorbing trash from the plug ...well, that's exactly what it felt like. I now have adapted the mat and pillow case to grounding directly to the earth. Thanks Stefan, The companies that sell grounding devices are very cognizant of safety. They also use an inline 100kOhm resister in the cord. They are purposefully slowing the charge way down to prevent electric shocks. One of the things I do is ground in the bathtub with Epson Salt and a grounding cord dunked in the water. Connected to a Ground Fault Interrupter outlet. I also dead short the Cold Water Supply Pipe in the bathroom directly to the electrical ground. I found that before I did that I would feel a little tingle in the water when the furnace kicked on. That no longer happens. Grounding in the bath I feel is a game changer too. Aches and pains melt away. If I get sick I will soak up to my neck as well.
That's excellent info. I have bought the resister grounding leads as well, but they sit in a drawer simply because the copper sheet I used rubbed off and turned black...and I never felt anything. I recently bought a TENS unit (small device using weak electric voltage for pain relief) to experiment with electriculture on plants...

For years, I've delved deeply into this, and your guidance has given me a significant push toward achieving my goal of grounding my desk and bed. Thank you so much! You've been a lifesaver. Subscribed, liked, and overflowing with appreciation.
Instead of them bungy ropes you could make it into a fitted sheet by mitre corners and a bit of elastic sewn in around the corners it will fit right snug that way.
You can also do what I did. I made a spirit journey to earth mother herself. She wrapped me in her love like a hug. She said she recognizes my footsteps as I walk upon her surface. I am automatically grounded to earth mother everywhere I go because I made a personal connection with earth mother.
Thank you for the copper fabric idea Stefan. Also thanks for mentioning the contamination or the house ground, that's exactly what I though as well. The outlets in a house go through a 100 or 200 amp electrical panel. There is a huge amount of inductance going on there before the ground wire gets to the ground rod. I plan on driving in some extra 6 gauge wire I have into the ground then run a wire through my bedroom wall then connect it to a copper sheet on my bed. Thanks again.
Hi Tim, I drove a ground wire into the ground.... Before that I drove a skid-steer around my home for 5 days straight. My body was sore, I had bad pain, sciatica headache for two days straight. I went to bed the first night with grounding, the next morning 90% better! My wife has PTSD, she grounded woke up and she felt way better. She usually wakes up with real bad anxiety, not anymore. She had sciatica too, 100% gone. If she forgets it her anxiety comes back in the morning. So I threaded one end of the 6 awg wire I had laying around through the bottom hole of a garden stake (not a y-post) and pounded it into the ground about 3 feet. I ran the wire through the bedroom wall, I took some two wire (white) copper stranded cord pulled them apart, wrapped the one end to the 6awg I formed into a hook which is next to my bed. Then alligator clipped it to the copper sheet. my copper sheet was only a half or less of a single wide on a king bed. I decided to use a wrist strap as well. The copper sheet bunched up when I would turn. So I put it under my sheet. (Haven't measured continuity yet, may not work too well but my theory is it creates a ground pathway, isolating me from the the memory foam bed and the static mattress cover generator. (We also use cotton sheets.) I'd like to put an outlet box in the wall with a female banana receptacle wall plate to tidy it up. I'd solder the 6 awg directly to the female plug. Glad to hear you are going to try it. I hope my experience helps you. Take care. Dave @@timozenghar6551
@@timozenghar6551 hey can ya help me out...i want to try earthing my pot plants...if i were to take an extension cord, wrap a copper wire around the ground plug and connect it to the copper fabric underneath my cloth growing pots and connect roach clips with copper wire running down into the soil... would that do it...or am i missing something? thanks peace out~
@@volbster2 Hi there, awesome post. Hope you are still around. I want to do this same type of thing. I wanted to ask you some questions since I'm learning and new to this... 1. Why the 6 gauge compared to the 12 gauge Stefan links in the video? More conductivity? Or merely because you had it around. 2. You mentioned you put the grounding 'wire' into the ground, do you mean grounding rod, or are there grounding wires that go direct into the ground? 3. What size alligator clips? The 6 gauge seems thick and the clips seem small. I live in the hot desert, and I want to create a sheet not only for sleep but for when Im laying out sunbathing, or reading a book outside. The desert landscape is too hot, uncomfortable, dry, bugs, to lay on hehe... My system I have is a thick copper pipe in the yard, I have to wet the ground over the pipe daily when using in order for the dry ground to conduct, I have a clamp to alligator wire I got from less emf, I clip the clamp to the pipe, and the alligator clip to these copper foot pads I use. I test often to make sure its conductive, which it is. But if I wanted to do this with a stronger wire, I was just thinking of cutting the wire, connecting one end to the pipe somehow, the other to the copper sheet or whatever I may choose... I would need a few tools a wire cutter, crimper, the right wire, and system. Learning. Hope you can help offer some advice.
Thank you brother 🙏 I came across earthing during the last days of Easter, and i was already starting to understand that electromagnetism is a vital part of Creation. So i went out to buy what i could afford to ground my bed, which was an earthing rod, copper wire and single copper thread to make a grid in my bed 😂 waiting for the copper fabric to arrive, while enjoying more of your very enlightening content on EMFs, the cosmos and human particularities 🌞 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Thank you for spreading the knowledge of grounding/earthing and the benefits people can experience. Keep spreading the great info. 😀 - Live Life Grounded!
I’ve been using the copper sheet- but it does corrode with moisture exposure and oils from your body. The darkening spots lose connectivity. I sleep on mine (8hrs a night) indoors and have to replace it every 6-8 months!
@@deepas4860I think copper is antibacterial. This isn’t advice, but I believe one could get away with mostly keeping it chemical (soap) free, which might improve its lifespan. Being clean before crawling in bed is prolly a good idea 😅
Polish copper with ‘Renaissance’ crystalline museum wax. Forms barrier and Keeps metal from oxidizing and acids in skin that tarnish fine metals and much more. The product is amazing. Little bit goes a long way. This might prolong the copper sheeting and save you $$$💫 much love
Thank you for pointing out and explaining why plugging into electrical outlet ground port is bad idea. Someone has actually made a video with a meter attached
Thank you for this. i appreciate it a lot. i actually have been using the silver blanket you showed. i noticed that it loses its conductivity after washing. so expensive and yet to flimsy!
I am looking to have my bed in my house to be grounded. We plan to run a copper wire down through the floor into the Earth and attach it to the headboard. I think this copper sheet idea is awesome because I could run it along the headboard that touches the mattress that touches that copper sheet. My question is if I put a cotton sheet on top of the copper sheet. Will I still be grounded? I'd like to use the copper sheet kind of like a mattress pad. And put a normal sheet on top of it. Would the Pascal sheets or the copper sheets take away from the grounding effect?
Thank you so much for such wonderful information. Do I have to sleep under cover sheet naked? Or do I get the same benefits while wearing clothes? Please, advise. Thank you so much again.. God bless you. 13:24
I live in England. The weather is just terrible all year round except for about 8 days in summer. I took this guys advice though and bought some copper fabric. I drove an earthing rod into the ground earlier and hooked it up with earthing wire (some thick stuff compared to the standard earthing blanet). Am just sat here now thinking about how to connect it together.
Excellent, TY...Although, am I the only one? wondering how you ground from the mattress? I'd suppose same as when it was flat, just a longer wire? Also, would you show how to do it with a grounding rod? And, like the comments, do you find the sheet corrodes, do you keep buying? Also, I think I've seen people place their fitted sheets over it? Could a mattress protector go over it also? Thanks
Wonderful, and absolutely clear. But one question Stefan: how can I connect to the esrth indide the house Otter than uding the Plug of the electricity earthing? You mentioned the contamination...other ways inside? Thank you, Elmar
Hi! Thanks so much for this video. I’m not sure if I missed something. I am disabled and looking for a solution for earthing in my bed. I’m sold on the replacing the earthing sheet idea with the copper fabric, the O rings and the bungee cords. I’m not sure if I missed something but I’m not seeing how to connect the copper sheet to the grounding outlet or another method for the creating the conduit. Am I supposed to use the high gauge copper wire with the copper sheet somehow?
hey mate....yeah I was thinking the same thing. for a house bed....do we wrap the 12 gauge (oxygenated) 12mm copper wire to o-rings and then connect that to a metal stake outside in the ground? 🙂
I appreciate this information. One thing, however, is not everyone has access to grounding directly to the earth because of living in an apartment above ground level. When I tested the outlet for grounding, it came up proper so I could easily use the ground in the socket but it's not that easy to use a 12 ga wire and connect that to the ground. Can't cut a hole in a screen as I rent and I do believe my landlord would not be too keen on a random wire going down the side of the building. Also, there is the issue of yard maintenance. The guy who does it does so at his convenience so I may not be home when he whips out the weed whacker to clean up the growth at the building even if I could make a hole in a screen. Do you have any recommendations for those of us that have limited access to the earth from our bedrooms? Many live in buildings that are not as accessible. Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.
My fight is bone marrow cancer, diagnosed 2/2013. I've never done chemotherapy, radiation... on pain meds a year but did not like feeling not grounded. I eat healthy, and try many healthy routines and avenues to rid myself of toxins. I lay in the grass to ground and meditate. I also stay away from experimental vaccines, and so called testing. Where do I find this copper infused cloth? Im excited
Cool video. I think the main reason copper fabric is less expensive is it will corrode faster than silver, like a penny turning green and that will reduce it's efficiency pretty heavily. I have not tested this fabric so maybe they have a way to limit this but I think it's probably worth the extra money for the silver because it would be very simple to make a little electrolysis machine to clean up the silver when it's time to wash it and I'm not sure how well that would work on copper.
my mat has turned green (on portion where my upper body lays) after 4 weeks. its already stained my org cotton sheet. Im going to upgrade to a perforated carbon silver sheet with elastic straps on it.
@@justintowers8230 smart plan. The upfront savings of copper vs silver seems worth it but if you're having issues and have to clean it off already after 4 weeks then the time cost makes it much more pricey to get the copper.
Try mixing salt and vinegar together and dab it on. About 1 tbls vinegar to 1/4 tsp salt. Sounds like a crapy housewife remedy by it works astonishingly well. It doesn't restore the original shine but literally dissolves all the buildup. Obviously don't do this on your bed. In a sink somewhere.
brilliant video, if you bang a copper / conductive pole 2m into the ground you can connect your grounding sheet directly to that for optimal grounding with minimal interference or better yet a tree
I wpuld really appreciate to understand why the wire has to be so thick and single wired? We are dealing with very low voltage and need to prevent resistance in the cable? Also would like yo know how effevtive is to stand on tiles in the houses and if there is a big difference between standing on a wet earth without grass or standing on the grass? Thank you for sharing all this intresting diacoveries❤
Good vid thank you. One thing, you dont switch on the grounding sheet plug. There is no danger of more electromagnetics going in. . The thicker wires make a difference? What about the springs in the matress?
Thank you very much for sharing information on how to use the great copper fabric you've found. I'm wondering though if this copper sheet is breathable. Is it highly breathable or have very little or no breath-ability? I can't sleep on sheets that don't breath. Thank you very much.
if latex (nature rubber) interferes with grounding people with injuries, arthritis, etc can use tatami mats and a wool “futon” it is thinner and lighter than regular futons and is very light and portable. amazon sells them. i would not use a cotton mat over the tatami because cotton tends to absorb moisture. i am still a little confused about the copper wire and set up in the home, so i will check out your other videos to see if you have done a walk through on that. for me, in addition to all the wifi. emf, it is these solar flares… grounding really helps ease “ascension symptoms.”
Thank you for your terrific overview of grounding and good ideas. Is the outdoor faraday fabric and copper wire method more effective than laying on the earth directly?
hey mate not sure whether you're going to see this or maybe someone else will... how do you reckon we'd GO connecting the earthing mat to the magnetite or maybe some other Crystal that will do the same job instead of earthing wire..thanks
Hi Stefan! My home is situated in the foothills at the southern tip of the Appalachian Trail. (I’m just a couple of miles from the official “start” of the Trail, in fact.) My lot (which I refer to as my “One Acre Wood”), has 4 braids of natural streams and babbling brooks, a fern gully, hundreds of gorgeous trees, wonderful wildlife, and beautiful rocks and boulders (all of which, in combination, create for me my very own paradise.) I spend many hours out there every single day-hot, cold, rain or shine. That being said, I can’t really be barefooted because my property is full of trees, leaves, sharp objects such as rocks and twigs, an occasional snake, and other critters that might bite. So, I wear athletic shoes out there-but I am physically in the streams, keeping them flowing and aerated by creating and maintaining riffles in them, and I am always rockhounding in my streams-so my bare hands are in the stream water, sand, mud, and muck and I am also generally standing in the streams. However, I’m always in athletic shoes for protection. Is it okay that the soles of my bare feet are not technically touching the ground, but are always, at least, saturated in stream water? (And, as I said, my hands are constantly touching the earth and water; and when I do sit, I sit directly on the earth, on a log, or a boulder. Is this making me grounded enough? Or is the having soled (though generally immersed in stream water) shoes and socks on my feet not okay? Would making socks out of that copper fabric help? Thanks, Stefan! 🩷☮️
Well if you're not able to toughen the feet enough to go barefoot, then you can add copper plugs to your shoes at the K1 meridian, and wearing copper socks would also help. I would suggest also wearing very thin soled shoes like those sold by Wildlings. Enjoy your 1 acre of paradise!
@@StefanBurns that’s great to know Stephan. My question in the event of a storm with lightning bolts, how safe is it to be laid on a copper sheet connected to the earth please???
Maybe you could take a rake and hoe and make yourself a smooth narrow path to walk barefoot on? Start with a short distance and gradually extend the path.
Question: so after you have the copper sheets made and held together, do you use copper wire to connect the sheets to the ground when used in the house?
Is there a metal which is better for the earth rod? I want to make my own separate connection for grounding at home. I learned from your video about the EMF dangers 😮 I didn't know until now, over a year grounding connected to all this. Thank you ❤ for the great work you do & all the information shared ❤ Much appreciated ❤
What about copper toxicity? through friction wouldnt be copper particles all over the bed? If I dont sleep direct on it, but I put a bed sheet between would it help?
Getting good results with mine. Have to test the outlet to make sure it's ok to ground with it. I'm glad the company provided a tester with the mat. Will try this and compare
Hey Stefan, hello feim Brazil. Let me point out that each coil in the mattress is an antenna and frequency enhancer. Coil mattresses are like personal haarp systems.
@@АндрейЕрмилов-х8п that's a tough situation. The best way is a rod with a conductor dedicated for this purpose. Can you drive a ground rod and run a wire up the side of the building? A small 12 or 14 gauge wire will be sufficient for what you need. This will ensure no induced magnetic field and no potential for stray, backfed voltage/amperage.
@@elab7731 i will try to make my own wire and make it unnoticeable for the tenants below also i am renting this apartment hopefully will move out next year. What do you use to measure the resonance that is coming in through the different surfaces or measuring the difference between the earth vs copper blanket and any changes when adding the copper coil in the air or additional wires near stream and tree stump?
Hmmn… tried it last night with 12 gage copper wire staked right to the ground below my bedroom window, attached to a copper scouring pad (almost like a copper hair scrunchy) that was wrapped around my foot. Sadly, there was no noticeable effect, and I had a terrible time falling asleep. Any thoughts or advice?
Thank you. Just wondering how to ground myself inside during the snowy and extremely cold winter. 2:47 gauge 12 copper wire 9:30 ground natural material: hematite 赤鐵礦magnetite 磁鐵礦;shungite 次石墨, 10:35
Thank you - so will just the 'blanket' work by itself or are you saying you have to then 'connect' the blanket to the earth outside? Like run a copper wire from your bedroom to outside and stake it in the earth?
I am new to this topic. Did I get this right: you have grounding effects from sleeping on the copper sheet in your bed without any connection to the earth? Thank you
What you think about tying metal fabric bracelet on a limb and connecting with the tiled ground of the bedroom with a consuctive large surgace contact. Like a wet fabric with salty water?
Hi! My advice to you would be to use the copper fabric as an upper sheet while you sleep to block out electrosmog, and to do some intentional earthing everyday down on the surface level. Leaving the windows open for fresh air also has an earthing effects as well I find (in addition to many other benefits). Best of luck!
Silly question: How should I connect the copper wire to the earth? Should I use a grounding rod in addition or just connect the wire to the earth? Thank you!
Very interesting, but are there any negative side effects to using the copper fabric for grounding: like absorption of chemicals and/or metals via the skin. And, is it easily washable?
Hey Stefan, I live in the UK, in a concrete student accomodation building, would connecting wire strips to the concrete work on cotton bedsheets? Or would I be better buying a grounding matt, I'm not really sure whether to buy one due to no grounding cables being in the UK and the matt being connected to the mains? Thank you loved the content
UK viewer here. Save up you beer money and buy a silver n cotton bedsheet with a earth wire to plug into a regular electric socket. All buildings in UK have an earth so the commercial grounding sheets just plug in. About £100 for a double sheet but lasts forever and take it anywhere.
Thank you for the inspiration Stefan! Don't you worry about migration of copper through the skin and into the body? I would probably have a cotton sheet or some other natural fabric on top of the copper as to avoid direct skin contact
@@StefanBurns I was just wondering about that myself. (Referring to the question above.) Excuse me for asking, but what sheets are you talking about? Natural fibers? Like bamboo? Any other materials? Can you wash the copper sheet btw? I live in the north of Sweden and I barely do any grounding bcs of the long winters plus the mosquito filled summers.😅 I need to do something... I watched a video with a Swedish woman that is an expert (as far as I know) on grounding and she said that you can also ground yourself via the radiator. She used a measuring device of some sorts to show that it works. If I bought this copper fabric, can I connect that to the metallic part of the radiator? I have asphalt outside my window so can't really use a grounding rod. But would connecting to the radiator be any good?🤔 Also, what's the evidence that "more is better", if you know what I mean? Can't it be too much? I saw that you have other videos on how to take the grounding to the next level so to speak, but can't it be too much if we kind of use different methods to enhance the effect? I'm a complete newbie and I'm just trying to learn.😅
Thank you for sharing this valuable information. I've been interested in earthing indoors. I go barefoot on our property whenever I can, as soon as it is warm enough. lol
Did you do any research on the toxicity of copper? I’m trying to research before I buy and I’m having trouble finding information about copper fabric and any potential adverse effects or physiological/chemical interactions through skin absorption, inhaling fibres etc that may occur over time. Any suggestions appreciated 🌳❤️
I earthed a lot as a kid went barefoot everywhere, ate carrots 🥕 all the time. Could walk on asphalt heat didbt bother me. Had very vivid dreams and could change them easily 😴 during sleep. Flew and never hit the ground and astro projected. It all seemed natural to me.
i also used to walk barefoot and can change dreams easily. wake up to pee, get back to dream and continue or edit the outcome if i didnt like where it is heading too! Also, can remember dreams and reprogram my head to play it back so i can cherish that dream again. not till i hit 4th grade onwards. i then stopped grounding.
Can I use my mattress and put an organic cotton sheet over the copper sheet without loosing benefits? I don’t understand plugging in to a power point as it’s radiating EMF. If I attach a copper grounding wire strait to the earth (rather than plugging it into a forcet) wouldn’t that be more effective?
Has anyone investigated whether connecting via a building plug could lead to contamination rather than discharge? Additionally, for those well-versed in this topic, could you clarify whether the benefits of grounding depend on full-body contact with the wires, or if any skin contact suffices? If true, then all commercial-grade grounding sheet products connected through a building plug would be ineffective and potentially harmful.. any advice?

Hello, I'm curious about your method of cleaning these copper sheets because every time I try with all the methods listed online to clean copper, it just loses its conductivity and therefore its ability to ground. It happens every time after about 2 weeks to a month and I don't want to rebuy or create more waste to connect to Mother Earth. If anybody has real experience and has got it clean (as much as it gets, all I actually care for is to keep the conductivity level intact and high - color is absolutely not important to me), please let me know because there is so much misinformation and advice to other copper things (guess the consciousness about these mats is still pretty unknown or forgotten) Thanks, much love 💕💕😘😘

I'm an electrician and that's exactly what I'm gonna do!
Thank you brother 🙏
I came across earthing during the last days of Easter, and i was already starting to understand that electromagnetism is a vital part of Creation. So i went out to buy what i could afford to ground my bed, which was an earthing rod, copper wire and single copper thread to make a grid in my bed 😂 waiting for the copper fabric to arrive, while enjoying more of your very enlightening content on EMFs, the cosmos and human particularities 🌞
🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Where did you get the copper fabrics
Thank you for spreading the knowledge of grounding/earthing and the benefits people can experience. Keep spreading the great info. 😀 - Live Life Grounded!
I’ve been using the copper sheet- but it does corrode with moisture exposure and oils from your body. The darkening spots lose connectivity. I sleep on mine (8hrs a night) indoors and have to replace it every 6-8 months!
Where did you purchase the sheets
mine corrode much quicker than that.
How do you clean the copper sheets? Wash, dry clean?
I'm plugged into the Goshalla!...cow dreaming and beautiful!!
Great idea using copper fabric thank's for sharing this.i didn't know copper fabric was available..
Yes, put a grounding rod into the earth at least 4 feet and connect the wire @@royaboat5315
Im excited
Do you know about b17? What about fenbendzole? Essaic ? Diet is such a big part too, as you know.
Pennies aren't made of copper anymore
@chipped79 congratulations, you completely missed the point. Keep up the good work!
my mat has turned green (on portion where my upper body lays) after 4 weeks. its already stained my org cotton sheet.
In a sink somewhere.
brilliant video, if you bang a copper / conductive pole 2m into the ground you can connect your grounding sheet directly to that for optimal grounding with minimal interference or better yet a tree
you are now on my hero list 👁️🖤👁️ thank you for the info
So useful! Now everybody can do that. I am definitely convinced! Great video again.
What is difference between just lying on the ground, and grounding outside??? Comfort?
Really nice, thank you so much for getting to the bottom of this. Complete vibes to your stuff!
Thank you for your terrific overview of grounding and good ideas. Is the outdoor faraday fabric and copper wire method more effective than laying on the earth directly?
You're welcome, and laying on the ground outside in nature is always best
hey mate not sure whether you're going to see this or maybe someone else will... how do you reckon we'd GO connecting the earthing mat to the magnetite
or maybe some other Crystal that will do the same job instead of earthing wire..thanks
@@StefanBurns Great suggestions! I’m so glad I asked!!! Thank you, Stefan!
@@StefanBurns that’s great to know Stephan.

Maybe you could take a rake and hoe and make yourself a smooth narrow path to walk barefoot on? Start with a short distance and gradually extend the path.
Love all the content you are sharing! Much appreciation!! Grounding daily, with my Darn Tough wool socks on in Maine this winter!
Question: so after you have the copper sheets made and held together, do you use copper wire to connect the sheets to the ground when used in the house?
Yup exactly. Setup a clean ground rod outside and connect to that
Cant you just put the wire into the wall ground socket!!!
How does someone ground if they live in a car?
No I don't find that with the plug in pad I have. I sleep very deeply when I use it. It clearly works. I will look into the copper mats. Thank you.

Funny I was looking around and came across your video! awesome!
What do you use to measure the resonance that is coming in through the different surfaces or measuring the difference between the earth vs copper blanket and any changes when adding the copper coil in the air or additional wires near stream and tree stump?
Thanks so much, Stefan. I'm definitely going to try this approach. Very excited to see the potential results. (I'll let you know what happens!)
Any thoughts or advice?
the mats can have the opposite effect you can become a massive beacon for EMF try a turn off all the electronics in the area

Thanks a million for sharing the copper sheets. Exactly was searching for this
I sewed my grounding sheet to a fitted sheet.
Are you able to wash it? My copper fabric is not able to be washed. Also, do you have a way to connect it to the earth?

What you think about tying metal fabric bracelet on a limb and connecting with the tiled ground of the bedroom with a consuctive large surgace contact. Like a wet fabric with salty water?
That would work, or even just a copper plate instead of the wet fabric
I'll be buying the supplies to do this. I hope these are affiliate links so you get a bit of a kickback.
Thanks, I really needed to remind and encourage and learn more about how to go about doing this.
What a wonderful backyard Stephan! I live on the 7th floor middle of town no way i could plug this in the earth do u have any tip for me please?
I how do i sleep on this indoors how do i connect it to the ground I live in the UK and our bedrooms are upstairs 2nd floor.
Hi Stefan, Should I wash the copper material before I sew it to my fitted sheet?
Hey Stefan,
I live in the UK, in a concrete student accomodation building, would connecting wire strips to the concrete work on cotton bedsheets?
I place a natural fiber (conductive) sheet on top
But would connecting to the radiator be any good?🤔
Also, what's the evidence that "more is better", if you know what I mean? Can't it be too much? I saw that you have other videos on how to take the grounding to the next level so to speak, but can't it be too much if we kind of use different methods to enhance the effect? I'm a complete newbie and I'm just trying to learn.😅
I do this too - it prolongs the life of the copper sheet .. I usually have to replace mine every 6-8 months
Ive grounded my bed. Meter is showing 00.03 is that ok or does it have to be 00.00?
Thank you for sharing this valuable information. I've been interested in earthing indoors. I go barefoot on our property whenever I can, as soon as it is warm enough. lol
Did you do any research on the toxicity of copper? I’m trying to research before I buy and I’m having trouble finding information about copper fabric and any potential adverse effects or physiological/chemical interactions through skin absorption, inhaling fibres etc that may occur over time. Any suggestions appreciated 🌳❤️
What if lightning strikes you when you are on the copper grounded mat? Is that good or bad? Also, that’s beautiful where you are. What state is that?
I don’t have the means to build. Can u suggest a blanket I can lay on my grass? I just don’t want to lay DIRECTLY on the grass
How long does the earthing rod need to be? And what kind of metal?
Is there a way to measure the difference in your grounded body from the real copper sheet vs industry made sheet
So what do we do with 12 gauge wire in the house . Where does the other end go?
Thankyou for the info.
I have copper braclets. Sometimes I put them on the ground and stand on them. Would thus be enough ?
I wish you shown how well your grounded with that copper sheet with a multi meter.
Does tent metal stakes work for connecting the copper fabric to the earth ? Or better buy a copper grouding rod?
Copper grounding rod goes deeper, use both if available
Sorry I didn't understand that method with o-rings, are they just helping to wrap the copper around the mattress or what?
I earthed a lot as a kid went barefoot everywhere, ate carrots 🥕 all the time. Could walk on asphalt heat didbt bother me. Had very vivid dreams and could change them easily 😴 during sleep. Flew and never hit the ground and astro projected. It all seemed natural to me.
Me too!!!
i also used to walk barefoot and can change dreams easily. wake up to pee, get back to dream and continue or edit the outcome if i didnt like where it is heading too!
How do I use this copper sheet in a second floor apartment building? Do I need to wire it into the dirt somewhere?
Mosquitos have entered the chat.
Could I sew this into a fitted bed sheet using cotton thread?
Has anyone investigated whether connecting via a building plug could lead to contamination rather than discharge? Additionally, for those well-versed in this topic, could you clarify whether the benefits of grounding depend on full-body contact with the wires, or if any skin contact suffices? If true, then all commercial-grade grounding sheet products connected through a building plug would be ineffective and potentially harmful.. any advice?
Good info sir.. going to start earthing. Hello,
I'm curious about your method of cleaning these copper sheets because every time I try with all the methods listed online to clean copper, it just loses its conductivity and therefore its ability to ground. It happens every time after about 2 weeks to a month and I don't want to rebuy or create more waste to connect to Mother Earth.
If anybody has real experience and has got it clean (as much as it gets, all I actually care for is to keep the conductivity level intact and high - color is absolutely not important to me), please let me know because there is so much misinformation and advice to other copper things (guess the consciousness about these mats is still pretty unknown or forgotten)
Thanks, much love 💕💕😘😘
Thank you for informing us 😌 Quick question:
Is it okay to cover it with cotton sheet?
yes that is what you should do
