Change your copper wire to oxygenated copper wire. They use this in the stereo industry to transfer the electric signals of sound through The Wire faster and more complete than standard wire. I would think this would give you more direct grounding contact and transfer.😊 This whole grounding thing is new to me. I am a mechanic by trade and electronics. Dabbler, just my 2 cents bro.

Mr Roo the cat introduced me to earthing awhile ago... We are travelers and every time we stopped he would jump out and roll around on the ground then stop and look at me expectantly..like, it's your turn! In the van we were constantly shocking each other until I caught on and took Mr Roos advise..(I didn't literally roll on the ground but developed my own style..) ... Far Out!

I really appreciate all of your grounding information. I tried the commercial grounding products with very bad results. I actually had a mild heart attack. Hearing from you that I may have been absorbing trash from the plug ...well, that's exactly what it felt like. I now have adapted the mat and pillow case to grounding directly to the earth. But my favorite earthing happens while sitting with my feet in my sandbox, per Clint Ober's suggestion ;)

I made my own grounding blanket with a copper sheet and a single wire to a ground rod. Rod was probably at least 8 inches down. Had a terrible sleep, woke up with a hangover so I tested the sheet with an emf reader. It was incredibly hot. The thing acted more like an antenna than a grounding blanket. Chat gpt gave me several reasons why this might be. Gonna try to get the ground rod in a lot deeper and see if it helps. Use caution, friends.

    Thanks Stefan,
The companies that sell grounding devices are very cognizant of safety. They also use an inline 100kOhm resister in the cord. They are purposefully slowing the charge way down to prevent electric shocks.
One of the things I do is ground in the bathtub with Epson Salt and a grounding cord dunked in the water. Connected to a Ground Fault Interrupter outlet. I also dead short the Cold Water Supply Pipe in the bathroom directly to the electrical ground. I found that before I did that I would feel a little tingle in the water when the furnace kicked on. That no longer happens. Grounding in the bath I feel is a game changer too. Aches and pains melt away. If I get sick I will soak up to my neck as well.

That's excellent info. I have bought the resister grounding leads as well, but they sit in a drawer simply because the copper sheet I used rubbed off and turned black...and I never felt anything. I recently bought a TENS unit (small device using weak electric voltage for pain relief) to experiment with electriculture on plants...

Thank you for the copper fabric idea Stefan. Also thanks for mentioning the contamination or the house ground, that's exactly what I though as well. The outlets in a house go through a 100 or 200 amp electrical panel. There is a huge amount of inductance going on there before the ground wire gets to the ground rod. I plan on driving in some extra 6 gauge wire I have into the ground then run a wire through my bedroom wall then connect it to a copper sheet on my bed. Thanks again.

Hi Tim, I drove a ground wire into the ground.... Before that I drove a skid-steer around my home for 5 days straight. My body was sore, I had bad pain, sciatica headache for two days straight. I went to bed the first night with grounding, the next morning 90% better! My wife has PTSD, she grounded woke up and she felt way better. She usually wakes up with real bad anxiety, not anymore. She had sciatica too, 100% gone. If she forgets it her anxiety comes back in the morning. So I threaded one end of the 6 awg wire I had laying around through the bottom hole of a garden stake (not a y-post) and pounded it into the ground about 3 feet. I ran the wire through the bedroom wall, I took some two wire (white) copper stranded cord pulled them apart, wrapped the one end to the 6awg I formed into a hook which is next to my bed. Then alligator clipped it to the copper sheet. my copper sheet was only a half or less of a single wide on a king bed. I decided to use a wrist strap as well. The copper sheet bunched up when I would turn. So I put it under my sheet. (Haven't measured continuity yet, may not work too well but my theory is it creates a ground pathway, isolating me from the the memory foam bed and the static mattress cover generator. (We also use cotton sheets.) I'd like to put an outlet box in the wall with a female banana receptacle wall plate to tidy it up. I'd solder the 6 awg directly to the female plug. Glad to hear you are going to try it. I hope my experience helps you. Take care. Dave @@timozenghar6551

@@volbster2 Hi there, awesome post. Hope you are still around. I want to do this same type of thing. I wanted to ask you some questions since I'm learning and new to this...
      1. Why the 6 gauge compared to the 12 gauge Stefan links in the video? More conductivity? Or merely because you had it around.
      2. You mentioned you put the grounding 'wire' into the ground, do you mean grounding rod, or are there grounding wires that go direct into the ground?
      3. What size alligator clips? The 6 gauge seems thick and the clips seem small.
I live in the hot desert, and I want to create a sheet not only for sleep but for when Im laying out sunbathing, or reading a book outside. The desert landscape is too hot, uncomfortable, dry, bugs, to lay on hehe... My system I have is a thick copper pipe in the yard, I have to wet the ground over the pipe daily when using in order for the dry ground to conduct, I have a clamp to alligator wire I got from less emf, I clip the clamp to the pipe, and the alligator clip to these copper foot pads I use.
I test often to make sure its conductive, which it is. But if I wanted to do this with a stronger wire, I was just thinking of cutting the wire, connecting one end to the pipe somehow, the other to the copper sheet or whatever I may choose... I would need a few tools a wire cutter, crimper, the right wire, and system. Learning. Hope you can help offer some advice.

I am looking to have my bed in my house to be grounded. We plan to run a copper wire down through the floor into the Earth and attach it to the headboard. I think this copper sheet idea is awesome because I could run it along the headboard that touches the mattress that touches that copper sheet.
My question is if I put a cotton sheet on top of the copper sheet. Will I still be grounded? I'd like to use the copper sheet kind of like a mattress pad. And put a normal sheet on top of it.
Would the Pascal sheets or the copper sheets take away from the grounding effect?

I appreciate this information. One thing, however, is not everyone has access to grounding directly to the earth because of living in an apartment above ground level. When I tested the outlet for grounding, it came up proper so I could easily use the ground in the socket but it's not that easy to use a 12 ga wire and connect that to the ground. Can't cut a hole in a screen as I rent and I do believe my landlord would not be too keen on a random wire going down the side of the building. Also, there is the issue of yard maintenance. The guy who does it does so at his convenience so I may not be home when he whips out the weed whacker to clean up the growth at the building even if I could make a hole in a screen.
Do you have any recommendations for those of us that have limited access to the earth from our bedrooms? Many live in buildings that are not as accessible. Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

Cool video. I think the main reason copper fabric is less expensive is it will corrode faster than silver, like a penny turning green and that will reduce it's efficiency pretty heavily. I have not tested this fabric so maybe they have a way to limit this but I think it's probably worth the extra money for the silver because it would be very simple to make a little electrolysis machine to clean up the silver when it's time to wash it and I'm not sure how well that would work on copper.

if latex (nature rubber) interferes with grounding people with injuries, arthritis, etc can use tatami mats and a wool “futon” it is thinner and lighter than regular futons and is very light and portable. amazon sells them. i would not use a cotton mat over the tatami because cotton tends to absorb moisture. i am still a little confused about the copper wire and set up in the home, so i will check out your other videos to see if you have done a walk through on that. for me, in addition to all the wifi. emf, it is these solar flares… grounding really helps ease “ascension symptoms.”

Hi Stefan! My home is situated in the foothills at the southern tip of the Appalachian Trail. (I’m just a couple of miles from the official “start” of the Trail, in fact.) My lot (which I refer to as my “One Acre Wood”), has 4 braids of natural streams and babbling brooks, a fern gully, hundreds of gorgeous trees, wonderful wildlife, and beautiful rocks and boulders (all of which, in combination, create for me my very own paradise.) I spend many hours out there every single day-hot, cold, rain or shine.
That being said, I can’t really be barefooted because my property is full of trees, leaves, sharp objects such as rocks and twigs, an occasional snake, and other critters that might bite. So, I wear athletic shoes out there-but I am physically in the streams, keeping them flowing and aerated by creating and maintaining riffles in them, and I am always rockhounding in my streams-so my bare hands are in the stream water, sand, mud, and muck and I am also generally standing in the streams.
However, I’m always in athletic shoes for protection.
Is it okay that the soles of my bare feet are not technically touching the ground, but are always, at least, saturated in stream water? (And, as I said, my hands are constantly touching the earth and water; and when I do sit, I sit directly on the earth, on a log, or a boulder.
Is this making me grounded enough? Or is the having soled (though generally immersed in stream water) shoes and socks on my feet not okay? Would making socks out of that copper fabric help? Thanks, Stefan! 🩷☮️

    • @StefanBurns
      @StefanBurns  ปีที่แล้ว +9

Well if you're not able to toughen the feet enough to go barefoot, then you can add copper plugs to your shoes at the K1 meridian, and wearing copper socks would also help. I would suggest also wearing very thin soled shoes like those sold by Wildlings. Enjoy your 1 acre of paradise!

I live in the north of Sweden and I barely do any grounding bcs of the long winters plus the mosquito filled summers.😅 I need to do something... I watched a video with a Swedish woman that is an expert (as far as I know) on grounding and she said that you can also ground yourself via the radiator. She used a measuring device of some sorts to show that it works. If I bought this copper fabric, can I connect that to the metallic part of the radiator? I have asphalt outside my window so can't really use a grounding rod. But would connecting to the radiator be any good?🤔
Also, what's the evidence that "more is better", if you know what I mean? Can't it be too much? I saw that you have other videos on how to take the grounding to the next level so to speak, but can't it be too much if we kind of use different methods to enhance the effect? I'm a complete newbie and I'm just trying to learn.😅

Has anyone investigated whether connecting via a building plug could lead to contamination rather than discharge? Additionally, for those well-versed in this topic, could you clarify whether the benefits of grounding depend on full-body contact with the wires, or if any skin contact suffices? If true, then all commercial-grade grounding sheet products connected through a building plug would be ineffective and potentially harmful.. any advice?

    Hello,
I'm curious about your method of cleaning these copper sheets because every time I try with all the methods listed online to clean copper, it just loses its conductivity and therefore its ability to ground. It happens every time after about 2 weeks to a month and I don't want to rebuy or create more waste to connect to Mother Earth.
If anybody has real experience and has got it clean (as much as it gets, all I actually care for is to keep the conductivity level intact and high - color is absolutely not important to me), please let me know because there is so much misinformation and advice to other copper things (guess the consciousness about these mats is still pretty unknown or forgotten)
