It’s not that Tilton paid for their endorsement or just professional courtesy, or other things people are saying. It’s all self serving for these preachers, they have to show modicum support for Bob until they see how Tiltons issues play out. They are showing support so they can establish a community of people that believe what the media is saying is wrong as insurance in case their ministries come under attack. This way their the first to denounce it, so if they come under attack from the media their religious community already has a negative opinion about the evil media and won’t believe them. Also, they have to try and mange this because there could be some landmark laws passed or other legality’s that could affect their ministry. What I hate most about these scum is that it tarnishes religion for younger people. So when a young person learns about religion, these guy ruin the seriousness and the opportunity for a young person to be able to see the good in religion and find something that might help them threw life.
