- Hey Guys, on today's episode of "Solo Overnight Atv Camping & Fishing' i will take you on an adventure in my hometown of Placentia, Newfoundland Canada. I took my Honda Forman 2020 520 ATV and my camping gear and headed out into the wilderness to go on an solo overnight ATV camping trip. On the trip i did some fishing and exploring the old railroad. Do you fish salmon?
@@benjamindoverii2841 yes I do but in the recent years I stopped because the salmon stocks are low in Newfoundland. They allow catch and release but I don't like to do that because I want to see the the Salmon stocks rise.

Thanks you so much for the kind words taking the time to view my video. About 15 years ago I was in New Brunswick and I conoed the St. John river. I really liked New Brunswick and the weather up there is awesome compared to NL. The beans was molasses and yes who forgets onions especially when I am a huge onion lover lmao.. Hopefully my channel will grow. I am definitely going to diversify the channel with building camps, ATV, Kayaks etc. Also i really enjoy your channel keep up the fantastic work with yours also! Great video, NFLD is beautiful. We are over in NB and did our first trip over to the rock a couple summers ago, loved every minute of it. We hope to get back this summer if things open back up. "##ck who forgets onions" love it. Thanks for sharing this beauty spot.

Right on brother I'm down in Ontario with some nice trails and so on too. Just got myself an 87 big bear and this makes me want to go camping ASAP. Thanks for the video !
Nice man!! I lived in Ontario for 2 years! I miss turkey hunting 😢 lol.. Awesome bike too, I had a 94 big bear and it lasted me a long time. Atv camping is fun man, I am getting ready to go out and do some winter camping on the ATV soon so stay tuned for more videos!

Got to love get out relax outdoors . One thing i carry in a pill bottle is cotton balls soaked in vasiline awesome fire starter even in rainy weather . I carry these in a container in my kit along with matches and Magnesium stick & striker .

Someday I’ll hopefully get to do some atving over in Newfoundland, definitely a dandy spot there by the pond! Did you have many people pass by on the trail while you were there? Was glad to hear you mention that your a driver that takes there time as they go an likes to see things.. totally the same here! How did you keep your perishables refrigerated? Your meats? Air tight seal or am I missing something? Deepcycle battery with a mini cooler/freezer?
Hey there, as you can see in the coner of my thumbnail photo I had a Red cooler. I filled the cooler with ice to store my meat in that. The method I used can keep your food cold for at least 24 hours.

Its a 520 Honda forman, 5 speed footshift.
