As a teenager I remember these machines up to 1964. after which I passed my driving test. I loved the sound they made when a ticket was issued. Up till then I wanted to be a bus conductor but went on to be an architect. Thanks for the memory👍😁👍

Setright machines were widely spread throughout former Czechoslovakia before electronic machines with contactless payments took over after 1989.
I worked for PFC Services and used to repair these along with the etm's
Alternatively, the little knob by the ticket roll cover needs turning so rollers grip paper.
