The express lighting has been available on all models(that used it) since Led Zeppelin, in fact on Zeppelin it came installed on the LE and premium models from the factory ….I think Foo Fighters pro was the only model where it wasn’t available. Since RUSH they have been sold as a separate add on for the premium/pro models.
Your advice WAS true pre/during COVID . Nowadays pros lose less value than LE, PREM now that Stern destroyed the secondhand market by raising prices and LE volume.
