The Mulligan one, at the start, almost made me feel bad because i started doing something similar at a locals assuming all card games had mulligans. I wasn't a TROLL tho, so i offered him to count my mistake as a loss and go to game 2 but he let me get a new grip anyway because he noticed i was new and it was an honest mistake. Not exactly by the rules but it wasn't a big event or anything
So yeah at first I thought it could be a genuine mistake but the guy was clearly just trying to waste people's time

Not only can you mulligan in Hearthstone, you're able to only mulligan the cards you want to mulligan, so you don't even need to lose the good cards in your hand.

yes DB has IP banning. Unfortunately, using a VPN gets around the issue. You can just make a new account
Its not hard to see how someone could easily miss click a set/summon like that considering if they take the few moments more to double check their plays the opponent will hit em up for slow play.

To be honest it show how broken the game is with combos and almost always winning in turn 1 or 0 if mulligan isn't allowed and actually gives you an advantage and by mulligan i mean draw new hand and pitch one to bottom or draw 1 card less for next hand.

Well as you saw the guy admitted that he will use a VPN and keep playing, so problematic players will always be problematic. The only thing you can do is play on a platform that doesn't require a judge to show up and solve your issues.

shark rulling: is abusing the rules or gaslight the opponent with the rules for get the win.
"Sharking" or "rule sharking" is basically an attempt to abuse rules to try and get an advantage in a match. For example, if your opponent clearly missclicks, and you try and force them to complete the play anyway so you can get an advantage, that would generally be seen as rule sharking. Usually in games that is not allowed. We understand that humans make mistakes and sometimes missclick or missplay, and we try to stay reasonable.
Basically trying to abuse the rules to get an unfair win. For example, let's say I'm playing Ishizu Tear, summon Reinoheart, I misclick and send Agido instead of a Tearlaments monster, I shuffle Agido back to send a Tearlaments card, and they call a judge saying I attempted to send an illegal target to grave with Reinoheart.

If you get banned on 1 account, you absolutely should not be able to just log into another. We freeze players for being problematic, not accounts so the problematic player can just go right back to being problematic.

No, he was banned for admitting to ban evasion and general toxicity. He claimed to have made multiple accounts and couldn't keep track of which ones have been banned.

Coder said he was about to freeze him for having lied to him although it wasn't a matter of such importance. It was just a rant for the ruling which we have seen many but they have never ended in a freeze.
Also, I'm too lazy to check DB's policies, but even if it's not allowed to have multiple accounts every single active player has a couple of them. It doesn't necessarily imply everyone is ban evading.
He wasn't a nice guy for sure, still he shouldn't have been banned over a suspect.

I didn't see the VOD, but from how the video was cut it seems coder started to threat a ban just over conjectures.
i really don't think it's trolling to think that mulligans exist in yugioh. as far as i know every other card game has mulligans so assuming that it's just a card game thing is not to far off, and thinking that hearhtstone is a konami game well people tend to not like to lock things up if they have ever had any though of anything being any one specific way
I dunno, that's a bit of a hard sell. The Mulligan thing sure, BUT if you think a mulligan is a card game thing in general then you're likely deep into a bunch of them. Ergo, coloring that assumption. BUT if you're that deep into card games, you'd 100% know Hearthstone is a Blizzard game, since it's rather notorious at this point.

OR when you start a new card game, you actually spend time learning the rules, instead of assuming all card games have the same rules. He was obvious trolling and if he weren't, then he shouldn't be playing on DB anyway. Just go on a platform that is easier to play on. If you play on edopro or omega you won't be allowed to do whatever you want, like on DB, so trolling and cheating is not so much an issue.
