The drawing i think is a way of trying to forget it and making the scars something more beautiful. At least that's how i understood it.

throughout the whole season I noticed Lola has some kind of sleep problem, she always wakes up like she had a bad dream, really stressed. This is the first time we see her waking up peacefully.
But I guess she still doesn’t sleep very well so maybe that’s why she woke up so early.
