Why do fans immediately say "we are a cult" when they see robes with hoods? The scene given in this performance resembles monasteries & the robes with hoods were worsen by monks, priests...this is within Catholic old time faith ... sure but guess what you will find same in Jewish religion background, also.
Are fans saying they don't know historical clothing & religious sanctuaries appearances? Surely I am not the only one that realises this. Did any of you watch "Robinhood"? Maybe my age is so advanced that I can't comprehend your thinking. It seems to me I'm looking at religious symbolism...but masks are symbolic of hiding your full self from others.
The whole WHO ARE YOU is filled with symbolism is what I see... def NOT a cult.

@@sakurakat1354 some are not taking it as a joke that's the issue so yes it is necessary to get into it deeply. Everything is not in a bubble we live in & the ones to pay the price will be the guys. It happens every time. That's what fans need to understand. Joking on certain issues are fine but others not.
So we will have to be in disagreement on this issue.
I love the sense of humor ARMY fans have but at times our humor has a boomerang effect.
Hoping it doesn't this time. But I already know it's being talked about. Which I took up for the guys & explained their words were nonsense. In fact I cracked up at the reasoning people were using. So when I heard these words on here by fans in a video thousands would be watching I wrote what I did.

Donna L. Padilla this has been an on going inside joke from us ARMYS for years....literally thousands of people heard and read about it. We cant change anything right now. Just so you know us ARMYS know our boundaries and we would never overstep it if we see it would create and issue, but so far i have not seen ppl complaining about it. Don’t you think we know what to talk about and what not? so please have a nice day and don’t let this little inside joke get into your head to much.No one complained about it besides you.

So it may well be that it seems BTS or BH may have to intervene if it blows up more ...such as explain the concept like they did t-shirt & hat ... oh well...fans should have known what "cult" means & its ramifications ...I write that when even I thought it was cute & funny. Then yesterday happened & I realized oh hell no!!...what next!!
Can't people let us have our sense of humor & leave BTS & ARMY alone. See I am or was in agreement with you. But got showed the downside & people out there in their pettiness can truly harm others. The instrumental isn’t live, they just used an instrument that kinda sounds like an instrument used in some Traditional Korean songs (im not sure tho... just guessing)
