I once did this particular WaveRunner expedition. Being a non-swimmer, I was kind of extremely scared, but it was quite a fun experience.
Don't take offense to this, but how do you not know how to swim? I mean, I could not imagine going through life not being able to just go run and jump into a pool/lake...or, go on a jetski and be worried that if I fall off, I could drown...even w/ a preserver on...

You're not supposed to ride single-file. You should be side by side by side with 50 - 100m between each craft.
