- Hello Happy People welcome to the vlog today where I share my update on my back. I went to see my Dr today. Walked over a busy highway that goes to Toronto one way the other Niagara Fall's, I also talk about the contest that I have going on until the end of the month.
The rules for the contest is

2.Red or White must be worn
3 a hockey stick
must be 3 mins long.

Bad backs are the worst!. Coughing with a bad back just adds a new level to it. Hope you feel better soon.
