I am so glad You did this tutorial on this necklace. I absolutely love it. I have been wanting to try to make a tassle necklace but didn't know where to begin. I really wear a lot of black too, because it is slimming and i really like black. Thank you so much for this video.
I love love love your tassel!!♥️. I’m so glad you shared how to do the tassel, I had no idea how to make one! Thanks girl. Have a wonderful time in Florida. You’ll look so nice with all your jewelry. I’m with you, blacks my favorite color too. ENJOY 😉 ♥️♥️
This is so pretty. I like to wear alot of black as well. But someone told me to always add just a pop of color earrings, bracelet, necklace or even a pin. Thanks again for sharing I can't wait to make one now. Enjoy your trip😊
It is nymo. It should tell you on the spool somewhere what size it is it's gonna be very tiny but you should see it. When I'm working with it I like to double it up.
Hi Wendy! I am drooling over your tassel necklace. You did a fabulous job! I think the length is perfect. You've inspired me to make some tassel necklaces, maybe in different colors! What earrings did you have one when you modeled the necklace? I couldn't tell but they were very sparkly and pretty! I hope you and Chris have a fun and safe trip!!!
Hi Wendy thanks for the tip but I already know how to wax the thread before I put though the needle I wax the hole thing because it can fray were the needle is and fray when it use for a long time and I am good with seed beads I use size 13/0 wish is smaller then 11/0 seed beads I use them for bigger thing like capes and legging for regalia making and some time I use for jewelry this is of the native American style same with the regalia
I have never seen a cape or leggings made with seed beads, that sounds beautiful. I would love to see your work. I have never made earrings with the 13/0 seed beads, only the 11/0. I make Native American style/ Native inspired jewelry and on occasion vend at pow wows. I don’t sell as Native American made because I’m not a member of a federally recognized tribe, although I do have Cherokee ancestry, and a bit of Blackfoot.
@@aletatenney9373 Hi cape is like a yoke that go's on around the neck part necklace is placed on top of it and it toke me 4 1/2 to complete it for 13/0 those are for vary detailed bead work that why I work with them a lot more for small part of my jingle dress like barrettes and accessories
Where in West Virginia did you reside? By the way I absolute love your energy personality & the way you teach. I enjoy your videos. You are very uplifting as well & always smiling
I’m in WV and I have trouble with tarnish,so I store each item in a sealable plastic bag with an anti tarnish squares. We used to have honey bees and I still have a couple of the rectangles of bees wax I made back then that I still use with Nymo thread.I have always wanted to learn how to make a dangle like this, so I am really enjoying watching your tutorial. Be careful on your trip! Question. Could you make the loop on the eye pin bigger instead of adding another jump ring or use a piece of wire instead of an eye pin and do a wire wrapped loop to hold the 5 jump rings with the dangles? Just wondering. This is beautiful, love the large bead cap, the tassel topper and the large amazing bead on top.
Hello Wendy I love that you use scripture on your tutorials that's awesome God is smiling on you.

I'm Sure doing the bigger loop or even the wire wrapped lop would work 🙂
