I share your frustrations with tents getting packed away - drives me crazy. Don't think we'll use a hot tent in Aus very often, great to see what you need for colder climates though. Lofi stove looked cool. Great vid - keep it up mate :-)
Cracking set up mike , especially where that stove lives be really nice and warm , I bet he's wants that saw haha I can remember u sharing that lofi stoves to me probably a year or 2 and it looks a decent stove especially in the woodland , nice vid atb nick
Have you tried camping with Grizzly Gaz (on youtube). If I stealth camped, I would put my tent/hammock up by some bushes or trees that were right up to it having them surround it and make it blend in completely
That was a nice place to camp and with a friend Being in a wooded area gives it a nice atmosphere The little stove is very smart. How does the heat of the fire not damage the fan? Well done video and take care 🇨🇦❤️🔥
Hello from Norway 🤗Can I ask why you wear a caps with Norway on it? Dont misunderstand, I love it 🤩 Just a bit curious 😄 (sorry, my english is not the best, being 100 % Norwegian 😂) Keep up the good work, fun to watch 👍👌
Thanks buddy. I went to Norway last year. Absolutely stunning and loved it. Really want to go back again. And my two favourite hats are both from there when I visited 👌❤️
@@NoviceWildCamper you've 'jumped straight into the 'deep end' and bought all the most expensive equipment. I get the feeling that you have a 'friend' who has taught you everything you know in a very short time period and completely 'skipped' the 'novice' self learning through experience process. Pity, the channel was of interest.
I started as a novice three years ago. Having done 200 camps and videos I've kept the name but learnt a lot. My passion in camping so I do a lot of research and learning. No one person has taught me everything. I've learnt myself along the way and from others on youtube. And as for buying all the gear, I quite clearly state in the video that it's been sent to me. I didn't buy the tent, wood stove, chainsaw or electric wood stove. People send them to me because of my reviews on them to either promote or improve the product. I'm not sure why you're getting so angst about me having and showing gear and accusing me of being told or just having loads of money to buy it. If you check my earlier videos they are all about budget gear to show people they can camp on a budget but if I get sent expensive e equipment that because of my own hard work and it's sad that you have to make derogatory comments about it when absolutely everyone else is positive. Maybe you should look more toward home as to why you feel this way.
@stevekirby2509 didn't strike a nerve just doesn't make any sense whatsoever. You say I've jumped in at the deep end and bought all the most expensive gear. You can clearly see from my beginnings 3 and half years ago that that comment makes zero sense as I starred with nothing. If having gear 3 years down the line is jumping in at the deep end then how long do you think someone should wait before having expensive equipment? None of what you said really makes any sense at all.
14:46 best Chewbacca impression ever 😂 Great chilled camp Mike. Next stop Dartmoor 👍 and more singing 😂
😂 i used to be able to do a good chewbacca. You'll love dartmoor 👍
Brilliant setup Mike.
That chainsaw looks a cracking and useful bit of kit.
Looked like a cracking little chilled camp.

Cheers dan. It was a lovely chilled camp. Few drinks and loads of talking bo!!@cks 😂👌

Yeah I don't know why they pack them so tight from the factory bu didn't even have the poles or pegs in it. Atb 👍
You & your gadgets🤣. Bet you needed 2 sherpas this time.Enjoyed the vid TKU VM👏
Carried the whole lot about a mile and half so not too bad but don't want to make a habit of it 😂
Are the grommets on each end for putting the tent up with a ridge line I wonder?
I think so. Hence the loops along the top or maybe alone with a tensioning type strap.

Cheers nick. He's already got the saw 😂 better with him as I'll probably only use it there anyway. Cheers for watching 👍

I didn't need to be hidden in this one unlike the others. No weirdos here 👍
