Consider using red locktite on those 1000 bolts.

You'll hate those lights that high later on, generator will also be too small when you add a converter for your trolling motor (that you will want to do)

Hey Catman!! Looking good! Can you turn your hand throttle inward, so that trim switch is facing in towards the steering wheel? That way you’ll be able to operate you trim with you thumb and keep you hand on the throttle?

I was thinking the same thing about how slippery the deck is , what's going to happen when your out bow hunting carp at night and water gets on that deck won't you or other people slip, why not put those non slide strips on the deck like they have for steps, just a suggestion
