I bought a used Suzuki GSX S150 for 25m. Gets the job done! Got it up to 125 along Monkey Island but that's about the only place I could ever drive it that fast and there were traffic cops on the way back. Had never seen them there before! They waved me over but I sped off, about the only place I'd bother doing so with how empty it is.
But no point buying the big bikes in Vietnam. Their road and traffic conditions arent just sustainable to test the bike to the limit. Thats why underbone 150cc bike is the most popular bike in the whole south east asian region
Viet Nam is one of those country that would sells liter bikes with the price of a car, the new S1000RR there costs 50 grand, I’m Vietnamese so I know this
Hey fat& broke how's things going?what about dirt bikes? I was curious about that last year when I was there but didn't have time to check any bike shops out! I was planning on doing that this year! I'm a avid motorcyclist and love riding dirt bikes
110cc and 125cc are the main options, but rental places will usually offer a 250cc version at a higher price. I weigh about 200 and drove a 125cc Yamaha and it worked wonders even in very steep hills with a passenger. If you want to you can google the bikes specs to see which one has more horsepower (mine had 13 which is high, normal is like 10-11).
@9:38-couldn't believe it either. Bargain or what? 53 million for CB150 Versa. looked it up and it checks out: www.oxii.vn/xe/honda-cb150-verza-gia-chua-toi-50-trieu-12235.html
I bring my translator every time. They love me. If I don't I teach them to speak in my phone for Google translator. I am learning Vietnamese very fast because I serve the Vietnamese community so I show them the same respect.
All prices the same in Vietnam 🇻🇳! You wasting your time if you think you can play one dealership of another! But would be funny watching you try 🤣👊🏻🥳 I got a2 so I don’t look under 250cc lol 😂

Right
not really, people still ride and modify 300 to 1000cc like nothing. But I live in the north and idk much about the south
Roads are only congested in the big cities, HCMC and Hanoi. In the smaller cities it's fine.
Dude I’ve been in this dealership last uear December 🤣I’ll be back in saigon again this coming december
what is the address
Does anybody know the name/where is the dealership of the video?

@@hathaway.1166 agreed but cost WAY to much here and no where to use the power in Saigon

I thought foreigners aren't able to purchase new bikes without a lot of hassles.
Misconceptions

Is there such a thing as a 150cc scooter? I weigh 230 and wonder if a 110cc scooter will be enough.

Hi Are these prices in vietnam dollars or USA dollars ?
USA dollars
are big bikes common there or most people use 125?
Less then 1 percent big bikes. Almost all scooters. Even a 155 sports bike very rare
110 ist most common 3/400 is really big
@@sebastiangeorge7714 nice thanks for the reply
600 n 1000 cc are only for cowboy westerners like myself who got no ability to take it to its limit
@@wtzan 😃
150 cc bikes though...
Ambil dari indonesia bagus2 motor nya
Video runs slow, could use some editing, and this is lacking a bigger variety of bikes to see the price range. In Vietnam.
Video could be better
😂
Do they have big bikes, like Hayabusa 1300cc, or mt 09 or kawasaki 1400cc?
Ninja H2 is biggest I've seen and it was like 60 grand if I remember right
You just asking for Vietnam cops pull you over coffee money...they know you have money and pull you over. Best to get cheap bike and stay low key
It seems it is much cheaper to buy motorcycles in the Philippines
Yes it certainly is sucks they charge so much extra here
Its the taxes !
Honda most reliable, Kawasaki and Yamaha also reliable.
MT-15
Agreed most sensable choice
Can you share the address? Thanks
Kawai ninja saigon
