i'm almost three years in and I can see you are in the midst of it. sending you positive vibes. ask your doctor for fexofenadine to lessen the itch. take taurine supplement to ease the redness. personally I would avoid oral steroids but do what suits you. hope you feel better soon

If you are in the UK then there are doctors there that know how to treat TSW. Check out the ITSAN doctor list. You will find doctors there in the NHS that can help and know how to help you with TSW. Not with more steroids.
No need to try and experiment all sort of stuff. A lot of people are trying to make money selling to TSW sufferers. One of the doctor in the NHS was on bbc radio talking about TSW and he sounds like he knows what he's doing.
I saw a lot of doctors too and all had no clue. But there is at least one doctor in London nhs that knows exactly what it is and has been treating TSW patients for at least 3 years. You need to find these doctors. I found two on the doctors list and they helped me.

@@Johnnymahon218 I spoke to 7 different doctors when I went to hospital and they hadn’t heard of it and said it wasn’t that 🤷🏼♀️😔 very frustrating
