Hello guys this video gives an overview how will your Simple 5x5m (25sqm) house will look like in the actual process of building a Small house. This small space house of 5x5m (25sqm) house plan will fit 1 Bedroom, 1 Toilet and Bathroom, Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Area.

Very nice, but I noticed that Filipino construction often leaves out the tie beam above the door and window level. If you do that, eventually, you will have sagging over the windows and doors. It also makes the structure stronger by adding a tie beam above the door and window level of the building.

Hi Zebra, it is called lintel beam, some puts one, some dont. I make one if it carries many chb and if you want to put concrete sunshade. I usually dont if i use g.i. sunshade

@@HappyHouseIdeas Yes, I am aware of the term "lintel". I learned that word from watching "Village People Philippines". As I am from the US, I was not aware of concrete buildings. I have some knowledge of building with lumber, but not so much when it comes to cement, rebar and cement blocks. As I am move of a DIY guy, I am used to referring to these beams as window beam and door beam. What I have learned while building my own house in the Philippines, is that if your put a tie beam all the way around at the window/door level, it adds strength to your building as well as your doors and windows.
VPP is the best step-by-step video log I have ever seen when building with the materials mentioned above.

In watching my workers build my house in the Philippines, I noticed a number of differences in Filipino construction compared to American construction. One thing I had to continually insist on was for the workers to put a p-trap before the septic tank. It was understood by my Filipino crew that the toilet had a p-trap, so there was no need for another one. They also didn't extend an exhaust pipe above the roofline. What we ended up with was harsh smells, like a really awful cabbage smell. That is very dangerous. There are two things that can kill you and your family if they are not installed properly. Electricity and plumbing.
