There are several sites in Jerusalem that people say Jesus was crucified. In the Bible, it says the centurion seen the curtain rent. With the city of David being where the Temple stood this is according to so many scriptures in the Bible telling you where it was. Wouldn't Jesus be crucified and buried in the tomb across over to the Kidron Valley. That would be the only place to have seen the curtain rent. There are houses over there now. And they have found burial tombs under the houses and you can see where tombs opened up and rocks fell from when the earth shook when he died. I mean everyone has their own opinions on this. I don't think people will ever know the true site. I have been digging into this Bible story for a while now. And this was my conclusion on this. What lots of people (even pastors) don't (yet) understand. God created us according to His own image and likeness. Godly. Mankind/the first Adam fell. The image of God in man got lost. The following is what I believe: The garden of eden was in the US, Independence Missouri to be exact. So Adam died on the now American continent. It’s also where the New Jerusalem will be built. Again it’s what I believe and if it came directly from God revealing the location then that is the location. Relying on the Bible alone and the fact that it could be fraught with errors leads me to seek more. That is why modern day revelation is key. The Bible is the word of God as far as it is translated correctly. There have been evidences of alters found in that area dating back to multiple time periods.
Again relying on the Bible alone reveals one thing but we do not know if the land was different back then either. Especially after the flood and earthquakes of the past and the separation of the land. I rely on modern day revelation because God speaks through prophets and always has and always will. Amos 3:7
