St.fergus well was a cave..and there used to be a wee auld wooden bridge crossing over the burn fae there.. the graveyard with the fancy gates..is for the Bowes-Lyon family.
That’s the old ice cave mate where foodstuffs were stored for the castle ,also Princess Margaret was born there not the queen mother but everyone says that…love your videos though…👍
No this is where the ice was stored for the preservation of food but not the food itself. These were always located near rivers or burns so they could be easily filled in the freezing winter month's.
I remember the Angus Folk Museum, i visited in 1991 with my parents. Great channel, it will take me a while to watch all your videos! 😀👍🏼
