I did everything right but my Face ID and true tone not working
Hi, what is the state of the phone currently?
If something like this happens you will Wannt to reinstall your old screen just to check if the issues goes away. If it does the new screen might be the issue or Apple IOS software. When they update the IOS software they do some of these stuff to prevent the aftermarket things to work 100%.
@@ersbit it’s saying my
(A problem was detected with the TrueDepth camera .Faceid has been disabled)
But when I inserted my old screen back
The true tone came up but the Face ID did not work
@sammys944 true tone came back but face Id still bad?? At any point did you touch or remove the face if camera etc.... Check the screen front speaker to make sure there's nothing cut on that flex cable or any damage to the front speaker. I suspect the front speaker might have been damaged.
@ersbit umm maybe but I can’t see any thing wrong here tho
Everything still intact
Hey just a question. I bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max a month ago and they gave me 21 days warranty and it ended 13 days ago, however I just noticed the screen is lifting in the top right corner towards the camera side, I told them and they said there’s nothing they can do since the warranty is up. Do you have any options on how to deal with this situation?
That's tricky. If they cannot do anything due to warranty up they are basically no longer liable for the device and condition. The easy fix would be to open the device and seal the screen back with double sided tape or glue b7000. That's the one fix I can think of from what you told me.
@@ersbit thank you for replying. They offered to glue it back down like you said so all is good now😊
Where can I buy the apple 11 pro max factory screen?
Should I clean and take out the original adhesive before I put in the new adhesive?
@@s0uth5tar absolutely you should remove old tape and clean everything before adding the new double sided tape.
