    Hi Brandon, I'm a 21 year old brand new agent and I plan to start prospecting as soon as possible. I'm just not sure what I should do even when I get a "Yes". What is the FSBO backup plan I always hear you talking about? And how do I leave a good impression on an appointment to give myself the best chance of getting that listing?

    Friend and I have to say I loved Cheryl. She's down to earth she's real and it happens to all of us in the beginning. Hell even happens to some of us seasoned agents. Staying calm and just talking to the person makes them walk into their own realization. They need us

    Hi Brandon I love love your videos. These are very helpful. I know this video is old and it was live so you couldn’t mute the phone numbers on the voicemail. Just wanted to let you know that we can hear the FSBO’s full telephone number. I’m not sure if that’s an issue with privacy. I just didn’t want to NOT say anything in case you didn’t realize it.

      I just want to make sure you’re in the clear. It caught my attention bcs I search people for a living and that phone number is golden (more valuable than the email address) to get just about all the info you need on someone.

    Brandon, quick question. Is it considered baiting the seller if we're leaving voice messages talking about bringing them a qualified buyer. I'm just thinking aren't they going to be angry when they find out we want to list their home? Appreciate any responses

      We asking if they are open to that idea 💡 not that we have a buyer. This is the same thing as asking if they are open to doing an open house, or open to doing google ads. We are trying to find out their strategy for selling the home to see how we might be able to help

      1. To be disciplined and fight urges to “react” and focus on being proactive. Most real estate agents live their career reacting to everything vs being in control of their time, energy and effort. 2. If you answer an incoming call during your prospecting time block and it’s not a prospect, it could through you off your focus.

      Glad you’re getting value from the videos! I don’t ask why they’re selling by owner because when you ask some why they made a decision, it’s accusatory and I’m only interested in understanding their motivation for selling and if they are open to looking at other options if that don’t sell on their own.

    Android is dooky lol only on America does iPhone have this prestige. Anywhere else in the world its Android considering these phones are using parts from China Taiwan they use Android. Just a thought. Truly no benefit of a iPhone vs a high-end Android just a higher price tag

    Here in my area FSBO's are being totally harassed by every agent out there and they are absolutely PISSED when you call because they get inundated with calls. You also aren't supposed to call a FSBO here unless you have a valid buyer that is actually interested in the house but every agent does it anyway.
