I had the pleasure of having lunch with Bill Wallace. There were maybe 12 people at the table. Everyone’s food came, except Bill’s. He was remarkably gracious, funny, and kind with the staff and everyone at the table. At one point, he threw a fake punch at my gut and stopped just short of contact. I think he was impressed because I didn’t flinch. Well, he didn’t see me flinch, because it happened so long after he threw it. Bill is the real deal.
