As much as i advocated the idea of the TRRC, i totally disagreed with the used of the English language during testimony. This is more of a national issue and it should be so distinct that kids as young as ten should have adequate understanding of the situation. Yes indeed English is our official language but most Gambians are eloquent in our mother's tongue and should speak out on it, and then translated it into English. Again, is this going to be similar thing to the COMMISSION OF INQUIRY where folks came forward, testify and acknowledged their crimes and not a scintilla thing been done.
