Andris, thank you for a great year of content and humour. Finding your channel in 2023 has certainly brought a lot of enjoyment to me and so many others.
My friend made his own hot water pressure washer by taking his pres washer, a50 foot length of copper tubing and a barrel. He wrapped the copper tube into a coil and placed it into the barrel so both ends stuck out the top. He hooked the hose from the pres washer to the coil then another to the coil to the gun. He filled the barrel wit enough water to cover the coils then built a fire under the barrel. When the water got to boiling he turned on the washer and after a while the gun melted.
A safer way is to use a propane fired instant hot water heater and hook your hoses to it. Mine is 14 liters per minute. Just stop from time to time or it will shut down for safety. Depends on the temperature I can go almost 10 minutes.
When you have pinhole leaks like that, you need to grind them completely out. It is usually a contaminant in the weld puddle that made it. When you just weld over it, the same contaminant can just make another spot.

Next time when bending tubing, you can fill with sand and cap off and put it in bender to prevent kinking the tubing. My grandfather taught me, anyway hope you have a Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Hey Ants, great video. For the radiator cap, if it still leaks you could cut the radiator cap fitting off the old tank and weld it in place. Have a merry Christmas PS Don’t forget to grease the muffler bearings

Hi Ants I have a hint for you grind a small flat along the bit shaft to make a " D " shape....bending pipe fill it with dry sand and tap it into the pipe with a brush handle pack it in well... cap off the ends...allow enough pipe for cutting the ends off to get the sand out ...merry x-mas to you and the family great viewing ....

After the first hour or two I would have placed a stick of dynamite under it and used what was left as a boat anchor.😂
To work on Sibling of Joseph, buy a couple of used insulated tarps (the ones they use for winter concrete). Build a cheap frame structure cover with tarps and put a cheap diesel heater in it. You will be out of the wind and the diesel heater will get temp into high single digits Celsius….comfortable to work in. I’m sure you personal Santa Claus can make the needed supplies appear before Xmas.
Andris You need a big air conditioned hangar for all those projects. In fact the construction of the hangar is a PROJECT itself. You will hav all os us waiting you to upload all the episodes.
Put a whole box of crushed black pepper in your radiator it'll smell great when you're driving and plug all the holes and it won't leak also keep all brass and copper shavings from your milling so you can put it in the radiators to completely plug them perfectly❤❤❤

That journal is a tresure there was one in my grandpas tractor but when we got it running we cleaned the interior and it got thrown in the trash i do regret doing that now since it would have been cool to keep.
6:00 that is not weight reduction it was made biodegradable from the factory, a lot of soviet and Italian stuff was with same care for environment in mind, there were very forward thinking

When you get that machine to run and move you can drive it close to your three phase power and that seems to be better plan than buying all that extension wire that you will never really need.
First, let me say merry Christmas. As for the diesel heater efficiency in the shop, you could add a regular radiator to the exhaust system so you can get all the heat out of the exhaust gases. I saw a picture of the same setup so it must work.

Make yourself a big tarp portable heat garage and you can put a propane heater and just keep something warm while you're working on it and it's big enough for you to walk around and stand up in and everything else just tie it to a building so it don't blow away or some heavy stakes to tie up to ❤❤

When washing trucks with a pressure washer, use a broom dipped in degreaser or soap. It makes a surprising amount of difference.

You need to build a hot water pressure washer. Super easy, propane camping water heater upstream from gas or electric pressure washer.
easier to just rent it mate, 30 USD per day

Filling the tube with sand helps when bending. not as good as a mandrel but it helps.

Hey, to prevent a branch catching the lever and drain the coolant you can remove the lever. Usually you can unscrew them ... :)

I was told that i could not restrict the exhaust too much, the fan would not be able to push it out efficiently enough.
