I live in the UK and after watching this video I contacted AC DODD and managed to hire the reaming kit . It was as easy as the video shows . What a brilliant tool ! AC DODD was great to deal with too . Quick to post out and returned deposit promptly after I returned the kit . Top man with advice too . Many thanks-best Radius arm kit ever .
Hi Randy, Nice Job on the bushing. Can you tell me what the AC Dodd reamer costs? I have the early welded radius arms and I am not happy with the finish you get with the adjustable reamers.
£225 (approx. $280) is what it cost me 1 1/2 years ago... this is for the basic kit. you will have to ask AC Dodd especially for the Mk1 (early welded radius arms?) mini. They were a different size and require 2 brass bushings. I have ordered a set of the smaller bushing because I too have a Mk1 mini and will need them. But wow.. the fit of the shaft to the reamed bushing was simply amazing!! I have watched many videos where folks went through 5-10 iterations of adjustments on their reamers.. no way.. not for me.
Hi Randy. I’m here in Australia. I like your videos they cover details you don’t always see. I’m wondering you can share the details of where I can purchase a set like this? Where did you purchase? Thanks mate. Scott
thank yo Scott.. that is a true compliment. Being a novice and when doing a mini task, I too notice a great deal of detail that the average Mini TH-cam leaves absent as if it's common knowledge. Therefore I do try to capture details that would help ANYONE with awareness. AC Dodd does not have a website and it appears the best way to reach him is via FaceBook (facebook.com/ac.dodd.1). At least this is how I was able to reach him. You may wish to put something like Radius Arm Reamer as the first line of text.. as for me, I don't check FB regularly, but he apparently does. Now that I've used the tool twice, I'm so thankful I paid a little more than the average adjustable reamer.. you will not be disappointed.
Hi Randy, I just wanted to let you know that that worked.. AC Dodd responded already.. Thanks for the assistance! (BTW. Do you know what AC stands for?)

Looks to be a good bit of kit, nice.
It seriously a fabulous tool
Great video. Looks like that tool does a good job. I will consider it the next time I encounter a sloppy radius arm.
Have used it a few times now.. a wonderful tool
Randy great job great tool, I have one which is so fiddly, that tool is so much better and much faster, great video 👍
Have used it a few times now…. Absolutely perfect
Super video! The split screen was fun. tHanks for the video
Many thanks.. trying to make the detail of the video worth while...
AC Dodd is the main man for the mini
when it comes to specific components/functions.. absolutely!!
Randy, Another well presented and shot video great job, AC Dodds tools and parts are top quality and one of the best mini specialists. Cheers Dave
Thanks Dave.. I'm definitely grateful that I purchased this tool.. This makes even the beginner look like an expert.
