    To raise professional service invoices to your friend or friends is one of the hardest bridges in business I found that needs to be crossed. In the end if there are costs and time spent on doing your friends job and it stops you from earning normal income then would unreasonable not to raise fees.

    I think what you’re selling us is already available for free TH-cam. I have to pay for a business attorney regardless. What would I be buying your course for other than for piece of mind?

    Bro but i tension about income it'll half between me and my friend so what to do

    • @AlexCharfen
      @AlexCharfen  ปีที่แล้ว

      The only reason you should work together is if you can do more together than separate. If so there should be more income to divide.

    What about a family or friend that approach you with a business idea, but hasnt done anything tangible about developing that idea?

    • @AlexCharfen
      @AlexCharfen  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Proceed with caution. Ideas are free, and execution is everything.

    We are a family of 9 people, brothers and sisters. We are planning to put money together to start a business. Do you think I have to include everyone names on the LLC or just it under 2 or 3 people's names? Can you share your thoughts with me, ok n that?

    • @AlexCharfen
      @AlexCharfen  ปีที่แล้ว

      I am not an expert on legal structure and every situation is different, so I will answer this from a high level. Follow the instructions in this video if you can. Get hyper clear on who is responsible for what. Whoever it makes sense to own the responsibility of having their name on the LLC, usually they will be the ones with the most liability in the venture. Document everyone’s responsibilities and make sure everyone is clear on who is doing what. A simple Google document with a list of names and responsibilities is all you need in most cases right now and it is certainly better than nothing at all.
      Hope this helps!

      Sorry to hear that. It isn't easy to work with friends and family but if you allow process to lead it does get easier and can be rewarding.

    First of all. If you know your family member, you know if he or she is going to cut the mustered or not🤷🏻‍♂️

    • @AlexCharfen

      For the most part. But you also learn a lot more about a person when you are in a working relationship with them. That is why I made this video.

    Best not to do business with family and or friends....
    My dad made an investment with his stepsister way back in 2007 that went south (old sayin) and he is still mad at her and before that they were close they did not use the term step the referred each other as actual siblings and she loved him more than her own full brother
