If you married to someone who knows that you want a wife that works or have a business so that you can sustain the family and be able to enjoy life beyond just life maintenance. She then tells you that she has a hustle and later in the marriage you notice she lied because she wanted to be in marriage, mind you that you left her previously as she did not want to do anything and wanted to be a house wife which she knew you are not up to that. Do you have any legal recourse?
Hi what if the customary marriage ,was not concluded by ,say the man did not pay full lobola ,no exchage if gift or slaughtering of a goat or something, is that customary marriage valid if at all you break up?is it supposed to ne 50/50
So i have a friend who fulfilled the requirement for customary marriage , but now they called the so called ex husband so that they may negotiate settlement because they no longer together but the ex husband doesn't want to come and negotiate even after they have written him a letter but still he doesn't avail himself. The question is that should she go to court to desolve the marriage?
If your spouse doesn’t want to cooperate then you can get a divorce without their participation. An attorney would know how to draft the summons to show that he is aware that you moving for a divorce and he doesn’t want to sign

What if the person was cohersed into signing a prenup not at the lawyer but at home is that valid
It’s still a valid prenup as long as you were aware of what you signing.

co-ask, am in the same position
Same here,he does not cooperate, what should happen now

The only way to dissolve a customary marriage is through court, a letter would not be sufficient as a means to dissolve that marriage relationship.
So if you've been customarily married for less than 6 months, is it not possible to get an annulment?
That would depend on the reasons and circumstances of the matter but a divorce would be better and easier
be 50/50 in case the man is not working?
hi Madam, hope this find you well, may i please have your contact details, i need a attorney as soon as possible
thank you.
