They also take questions and comments from the audience, discussing topics such as the sensitivity of hormones and upcoming interviews with Dr. Ken Berry and the team at Carnivore Team GB. Richard talks about his experience with coffee addiction and discontinuing it. He also answers questions about the benefits of fish oil, changes in cholesterol levels on a carnivore diet, and increased thirst while on a carnivore diet. Rich and Stephen answer some questions on concerns about low energy and frequent urination while on a carnivore diet. They also discuss electrolyte consumption and suggest drinking to thirst and avoiding consuming too many electrolytes in the evening. They address a question about feeling hyper after starting the diet and whether eating late at night is a problem. Other topics covered include the potential for toxins in the bones of grain-fed animals and the importance of T3 and TSH levels in a low carb diet. Rich says, “I do recommend trying the MCT powder/oil, it's the quickest of the medium chain triglycerides to convert into ketones and used daily it can give you energy on demand (especially when combined with coffee), you may benefit more by aiming towards a ketogenic type lifestyle, and it could be worth trying some omega threes as well.”

If I eat just before going to bed, my rest heart rate will be higher (64 VS 57). I eat at 3pm and I'm not hungry before 9am !
