In my opinion that ultra rare add-on need to be part of their base kit. I am a survivor main who never play twins. Today i play against this add-on and man, that was so fun and scary
Twins do need a buff, and an addon rework
@@fart63 I feel only like, 4-5 of their add-ons need touching up. Namely Sewer Sludge, Rusty Needle, Baby Teeth, Weighty Rattle, and Cat Figurine (I feel the figurine hurts more than helps).
But they do need some adjustments to feel less clunky.

1. Call of brine
2. Merciless Storm
3. Eruption
4. Thanatophobia
So basically brine and eruption for gen regression. Mostly likely the game will start you’ll get a hit off someone near a gen. I’ve also noticed it’s a bit better to not use teleport and just sneak up on survivor when DeManed when you can especially at the start of the match.
Anyways after your hit kick the gen you were on and chase said survivor. Along the way you might come across other gens and get some easy hits. Just make sure to take both options if available, but number 1 priority is to down a survivor. This way you now have one hook while whoever was on a gen you kicked can’t finish it and had their location reveal and is possible injured. Even if a person isn’t on one of the gens your trading faster gen regression for the information that a survivor isn’t on it. Thana for slowdown and Merciless Storm goes of sooo much and it is somewhat of a life saver and a info perk.
I’d use this build with any add-ons but try this one with the Green healing transfers Condemned add-on and the yellow add-on for 12% faster Condemned status for a survivor who has a tape. The only way you need to play is injure everyone. You can slug but if you hook do it next to a tv to continue to build up Condemned when players unhook.

my changes i would give to every killer:
trapper: traps now get skillchecks, the duration of the trap can be like a chest . it gives you multiple skillchecks, if you miss one great you just get downed. this makes it less rng.
wraith: up his movement speed, before they decreased it wraith was actually insane nice. he is just an m1 killer so he deserves more. the speed i suggest is after yo uncloak
hillbilly: same change, overheat needs to be less
nurse: just make it that you can only blink twice, either that or right before the nurse blinks show an trail where she is going to blink. like the ability of the artist
the shape: you will get obsessed with 1 survivor, you stalk twice as fast but only from him/her. after that you will keep your infinite tier 3 untill you kill your obsession. also works well with his lore because he is obsessed with his older family
hag: traps cant be reset on the same place, you there is a 3/6meter radius off how much space there needs to be between traps.
the doctor: make his shock therapy(standard ability) close to instant, this way you dont have 5 moments where if it was instant the survivor would have been locked. either that or survivors who are in tier 2 shock cant work on generators and are forced off.
huntress: make it so that if survivors are in a certain terror radius they always get difficult skillchecks(because of her lulliby)
cannibal: same change, every time you either injure(because of addons) or kill a survivor 1 charge is added back
freddy: same change, make it so that dream pallets are just in his base kit combined with the dream snares
the pig: give the traps a minimum off needed boxxes solved. this way you cant just rng it and get it off by the first box, this will help alot since the survivors are forced solving 2 boxxes in the first place and gives you way more time to pressure other places or even the remainding boxxes.
clown: make it so that stuff like loops/pallets/gens that get hit by the purple bottle are unuasable for 30s(just a random timer)
spirit: make it like onryo that you see her every few seconds off the face, she hops in and out of the face so that you have a general idea where she was/is and where she is going.
legion: whenever you second hit them with your frenzy effect they cant use any exhaustion perks. like deadhard/sprint burst etc. for 30s(random number)
plague: i dont think she needs any change tbh, she is actually a reallly good killer and i wish all killers where on her power level.
ghostface: only marked/stalked survivors can reveal you out of your stalking ability
demogorgon: after coming out of your portal you see worked on gens 5seconds after coming out of it
the oni: he is in a perfect spot
the deathslinger: make it that when he chain breaks his bullet gets refilled but he still suffers from the stun
pyramidhead: you start with 4/5 cages and everytime you cage somebody you can decide where to put them.
blight: make it so that if he misses an auto attack he gets stunned for a longer period, same as cannibal with his chainsaw
the twins: if victor stays on the survivor for a certain duration they get downed, this means they are forced to remove victor even tho they dont want to.
the trickster: make the knifes needed to get injured/downed are 50% or atleast 35% less. so that if you need 6 knifes it gets cut in half because right now its just too much. the main event can be the normal amount of knifes we have now if it seems too strong
nemesis: make it so that when you hit stage 3 you no longer need to actually infect them before you can hit them, an extra bonus of hitting tier 3 is that its just like a normal attack. zombies still infect
pinhead: make either the box solving time longer or that only survivors within like a 32/40m radius of the box solver they get the effect too. i dont like it that 1 person can just look for the box and the others can just do whatever they want + this adds a little bit of play with it.
the artist: make it that when you swarm a survivor you actually see their aura. this way you can actualy get a little more information from them
the onryo: make it so that when she demanifests all pallets/windows get blocked but for 15seconds. and can only be used every 30 seconds. this way you actually give her some anti loop mechanic without changing too much
