It's nice that they sent it to you but who's to say I can't just go there file a support thingy and claim that it took my money and just get one sent to me like how are they gonna verify they're a verification process to actually verify that people aren't just abusing the system to get free stuff
Well they can probably pretty easily look at the CCTV to see physically what happened and see if it matches what you said happened. There is also probably a counter inside the machines that can match when there is payment and when a ball has been released. It's likely the shop could see a mismatch in their systems where they got a payment but see that a ball wasn't released.
This is the first year Angel & Cris have filmed in China and initially they were there for the GTI Asia China Expo. Makes total sense for them as arcade professionals to go to one of the biggest arcade exhibitions and explore arcades too.
