I honestly don't understand why people like things so spicy that it completely masks the flavor of the actual food, I agree with Naomi I think it leaves an almost acrid flavor in your mouth. I honestly don't really believe people enjoy the 2X & 3X the way they say they do, I really enjoy spicy food that has a nice flavor profile & the only way I can enjoy the Buldak noodles is if I only put a tiny bit of the spice in it.

The Kimchi flavored one is a personal favorite of mine and my mom! It’s a little more sour compared to the original. I make it by hydrating the kimchi flakes in about 1-2 tablespoons of hot water and when I drain the noodles I add the kimchi flakes (water and all bc it’s infused with the kimchi flavor) and the sauce packet 🤤 so good! Definitely need to like kimchi for it bc my sister is not a fan of kimchi and did not like how sour it is. Love your videos 🫶🏼

One of my favorite Samyang noodles is the jjajang flavour! It’s so good 😋😋😋 I add a little bit of actual jjajand paste, add veggies and fried tofu. It’s a staple in my house when it’s cold out 😂

It’s okay, actually many Asian don’t really eat this. I don’t, it’s just spicy, and some people just like that. It’s like trend to show they spicy tolerance. Don’t do that.
my local store usually only carry the original and carbonara flavors (though the other day i saw they had the habanero lime one, which was a pleasant surprise) so i usually just have the carbonara ones! my favorite way to make them is to follow the normal cooking instructions but drain ALL the water, melt some cream cheese into it (about 2 tablespoons, but i eyeball it mostly) and then some milk to replace the water! it tames the spiciness even when using the whole packet, and leaves you with a creamier noodle :D for the habanero one, i use sour cream or greek yogurt to tame it and obviously the sour cream taste goes very well with the habanero lime flavor!

the way i’m an asian raised in very white society and i literally cannot eat any of buldaks at all i have 0 spice tolerance💀 i feel like im missing out on soo much things but as soon as any buldak spice enters my mouth i cannot eat anymore cuz i feel only spice and no flavour 🥲
I love multiple flavors but have to only put about 1/5th of the sauce in to enjoy it. Maybe try that?
It’s okay, actually many Asian don’t really eat this. I don’t, it’s just spicy, and some people just like that. It’s like trend to show they spicy tolerance. Don’t do that.

my local store usually only carry the original and carbonara flavors (though the other day i saw they had the habanero lime one, which was a pleasant surprise) so i usually just have the carbonara ones! my favorite way to make them is to follow the normal cooking instructions but drain ALL the water, melt some cream cheese into it (about 2 tablespoons, but i eyeball it mostly) and then some milk to replace the water! it tames the spiciness even when using the whole packet, and leaves you with a creamier noodle :D for the habanero one, i use sour cream or greek yogurt to tame it and obviously the sour cream taste goes very well with the habanero lime flavor!
